Some off topic pointless bickering posts between the usual suspects have been removed, these pointless disagreements between one or two people are killing the topic, also continued discussion of the historical background which has previously been done to death are also killing the topic, its all been said and discussed many times before.

Can we keep to the guidelines of the topic please which is about daily events and updates and developments linked to a credible news source.

100 plus from Makro mix it with water.  We drank it exclusivity in Singapore on all the hash runs and bike rides and never lost anyone to dehydration  😄

Interestingly the 100 plus here has a different taste from the Singapore one but still excellent for putting those electrolytes back 🙂
