I also used Key Visa, they even filled out the forms form for me then sent and picked up the documents from Bangkok, it would have cost more in taxi fares and stress doing it myself. I remember it did not take a long time but forget the actual length of time.

Every Friday when I lived in the UAE I would drive along the coast from Sharjah to the Marine club in Umm Al Quwain on the way back there would always be one or two local Arabs on the beach trying to get their stuck Corvette or Transam away from the incoming tide, usually they did not succeed and the car would be engulfed by the sea and then left there to become a rusted salt water wreck.

Many years back I stayed in 'the village' which is actually Portmerrion and in North Wales for two nights, it's a very beautiful and memorable place.
