There was an incident on the Thai news around 6 weeks ago involving a 2yr old drowning. This child was supposedly in the care of 2 adults at a crèche type place. The child wandered off and was found around 500mtrs away drowned in a pond. The police would not believe a child could walk that far across various obstacles. A TV channel reporter accompanied another 2yr along the same route unaided, the child did it easily. Some of the original child's clothing and foot prints were found at the scene, she'd entered the water alone.

Where in the report does it say he admitted responsibility for the child drowning? He admitted to killing the dog. Is there another report somewhere else?
