my friend's wife works in an old folks home and is convinced there's a Heaven or Hell. She has gained very strong beliefs about spirits.

i would love a tookay in my home. been getting a few cockroaches and the cat cant be bothered getting off her fat <deleted> to get them so a decent sized tookay would be just the ticket. Also, it would have the added bonus of p***ing the wife off. ????

Sir Tom Finneys testimonial match in 1960.
My old man's favourite player. He saw a few greats but still swears Sir Tom was the best he saw. He had the pleasure of having lunch with him once and can get a bit misty eyed when talking about it.
My Dad was a Preston NE supporter having been born there but took me to my first game at Anfield, only God knows when as I can barely recall it. Liverpool beat Newcastle 2-0 with , I think, Keegan and Phil Neal scoring.
Then i grew up a bit and was able to make my own choice of team, deciding on Everton - I think because I saw Latchford on the telly scoring a hatrick. My Dad took me to see Everton at Goodison in 78 or 79 and it was a 4-4 draw, again versus Newcastle. Very exciting game. I consider that my first game as i can remember it, and one of the best Ive ever seen.

i was similar when i was stuck at home. my wife got me doing aerobics every morning.
Every morning I would moan and be miserable about it, but once i started, I felt the benefit.
There is something to be said for endorphins. Alos, i believe that just doing something positive helped my mindset a great deal.

The UK hopefully. My old man isnt so good these days and i really want to take my son so we can basically say goodbye. i was getting all set to go before the world went to rat s**t.
Also, my lad wants to visit Goodison Park. so many places i want to show him and i spent most of the work from home period rattling on about the places we could go to once its all as near to normal as its going to get.
