exactly - im not so scared of dying, however, i have had a few unhealthy habits in my time and the time that preceeds my inevitable departure may not be good. 

Not scared of death but very scared of the consequences of my past lifestyle.

you could just be honest - say youve stopped for health reasons and seperate yourself from people who try to persuade you otherwise

time for a sit down and a chat. Similar issues with mrs Nik. We both made an effore and things are good between us, albeit with the occassional bump. We had a date night last week - Oppenheimer at the cinema and dinner at Wine Connection. Wonderful day.

i love the fact that my son has 2 passports and can choose where he makes his life. my wife, who despite ups and downs, is still my teacher. northern thai food, working with genuinely pleasant people and funnily, the feeling that im far from home.

despise the politics though.
