OK ! Personally I didn't see any harm done on threads just different people with different opinions.

I think the bike forum is not as bad as it use to be, use to I think was Bkkbiker or Tony as he was know going head to head with lots of nasty people and he didn't hold back on strong language either. alt=biggrin.png>

I think BigbikeBKK was a quite cool poster but it seems like he left for good, I think he is still active in the golden triangle rider forum.

At some stage he was posting extremely many posts per day in TV bike forum but he somehow had enough, I wonder why? alt=whistling.gif>

Is that the guy who tours America with his son and goes jungle riding along the Burmese/Thai border? Good guy and good poster. I met Tony once years and years ago at a shop along Ratchada. A local Kawasaki gang along Soi Natong I think.

    Shame he left.

I'll pass along some of these to him. He's actually in the States at the moment but should be back before the end of the year. Yes, he has quit posting on TVF due to too many trolls and baiters - his words.

Trolls and baiters can be okay, some fun, except when they get angry, personal and nasty at every turn. Then it really isn't trolling, it's just them being angry, personal and nasty.

Tell him Daniel Higgins said what up, don't even think we got to that stage though, we were only there for a few minutes.

  3. but you said you don't think you will bother much about this forum after all and would like to take your ball and leave while crying, no?

Such statements really wouldn't bother me. If that idea makes you feel good, cool. thumbsup.gif

It's kind of the like the humiliation of being passed by a Ninja250, statement. I think only an idiot on a bike would feel humiliated by such a thing.

We're on different wavelengths here. Now, as you have an apparent history for going on and on until the point of calling other posters pedophiles because you don't agree with them, I'll bade you farewell kid. Good luck with the endless mission you're on. And just a quick bit of advice. Next time a Ninja 250 goes past you, let it go, it really doesn't matter in the slightest. thumbsup.gif

  4. @Danhig - in times like this you should always remember what Bertrand Russell said:

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts.

Haha. I was thinking of 'Remember, the emptiest vessel makes the most noise'. biggrin.png

Plato: "An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.” :D

  5. "He didn't want my views or opinions in Dave's ride out thread because I wasn't part of the group. As others have said just stops people posting regular cause of all the Mr know it all attitude "

"Here on thaivisa that angry kid usually gets a holiday or gets simply banned as has happened already a couple of times "

"Rude, insufferable prat that is extremely lacking, yet has no problem

stating absolutes. Sorry no pass freely given......Respect is not earned by being disrespectful"

"It does stop me from posting as much as I used to"

    "Yes me too."

"I too agree. It makes threads off topic and uninteresting."

"I am no longer a biker but I know what you mean... the guy has very few likes for so many posts and can't disagree without being disagreeable. It gets to the point that you hesitate to comment on anything at all."

Okay, thanks for the feedback. Good to know it wasn't just me that noticed the issue. thumbsup.gif

    thanks for the compliments.

tree bearing fruits, gets stoned as usual, by talkers!

so, whipping band is here so why dont you guys just use 'ignore' option for me and dont see my posts?

but no, you like to be the members of ll2 fan&fun club. admit it, you like my posts and it is just a hate - love relationship between you and meclap2.gif i can see it from this thread opened specifically for me!

op with this thread and his posts sure sounding like a squid and respected and experienced bikers can see that, OP sounds like a dog running away crying with the tail between its legs!

All a bit worked-up for me, I'll leave you argue nastily with someone else. If I can ask a question.

I received a number of PMs, two different members said that you were previously banned for calling another member a pedophile?

    Honestly?

  7. This is the problem with anonymity. People tend to say whatever is on their minds knowing there is no consequence. Some people just like to be disagreeable. It's so common they created a word for it.

Doesn't seem to be a troll. Just seems to be a loud young know-it-all with a chip on his shoulder and not much experience.

Seems others have noticed too and have been put off posting on the forum because of it.

    But hey, whichever. smile.pngthumbsup.gif

  8. and todays market gives us more choice than ever.

    That's the absolute truth.

I come and go from Thailand for long periods of time, the market has never been so plentiful.

I think the recent saturation began with Kawasaki about 5 years ago when they started selling the 650 bikes that were made here.

  9. Only believe what you can see, touch or smell.

I'm still waiting for scratch n sniff magazines to be released. biggrin.png

It shouldn't be taken seriously, it's the internet for goodness sake.

I don't think anybody takes the internet seriously.

But the same as a table of blokes having an evening beer and a chat. If there's an angry kid with an inferiority complex shouting about he's this and that, and this is this and that, everytime somebody talks, they usually end up getting a slap or told to bugger off for interrupting adults when they're talking. biggrin.png

If they're there every night, the blokes usually stop going there.

  10. or get humiliated by a ninja250 rider.

Let me give you a quick lesson. smile.png

Honestly, this is the sort of attitude that squids (as you call them) have.

So what if something passes you? (honest question)

So what if it's a ninja250. So what if it's a Honda Cub.

Is it a race? A competition? You go out to humiliate people or feel humiliated if some squid flies past you?

That's not a rider. That's an idiot on a bike.

Lesson over kid. smile.png hope your attitude changes and you mature a bit. smile.png

    Back to the Benelli.

I enjoyed mine, had good fun on it. The guy I sold it to loves it and has good fun on it. thumbsup.gif
