Amsterdam has a very advanced machine-like pumping system, otherwise the city wouldn't exist. This system should be investigated and see if it could be implemented in Bangkok.

Not so sure if the counterfeits are worse than the originals. Why should they be recycled? -
Nothing yet. But it's got to do a lot with reliability in case of a military conflict in Thailand. Someone who judges people by their noses is very apt to dehumanize foreigners (be they Thai or Turkish) as what some Americans once called "gooks". And that was racist. Fortunately the Vietnam War is over, but I certainly wouldn't trust people who still believe they're a "master race"

Who's about to serve whose country? If the German in question is working for Thai military then his duty is of course to serve Thailand (a neutral country) and not GerMoney (a NATO country)

If you are in a workplace you are in a team, and you should behave accordingly. Which the German in question obviously didn't. So he's not a good team player, and that might become a problem for the whole workplace.

OK, here we go. It doesn't matter if Turks have big noses, it matters what Germans think. And most Germans think that Turks have big noses and therefore don't respect them as equal. I'm German btw, and I fought Germans for their hypocrisy all my life long.
