You know what I always buy direct with Eva air. Maybe that's why I never paid extra. I checked sky scanner and all the cheaper tickets were with agencies but pay extra for seat selection. After the add ons it is cheaper buying direct

You are correct I just checked most of the big airlines are charging the seats as add ons I will probably still go with Eva used to them so many times over the years always find them good and cabin crew always are lovely

I know a lot of people don't like Ramsay from his TV shows. My eldest son is a chef and he trained at the Dorchester hotel ending up being the youngest head chef the hotel has had and he has met Ramsay at events and hotel trade shows. And he said Ramsay always had time for my son complimenting my son's cooking giving advice and just chatting with him generally. Came across as genuinely interested in my son's career
