We had to go down steps, there were NO ramps, and NO handrails. If my son wasn't with me I would not have managed to negotiate my egress. It may sound like a poor thing, but it common around Bangkok. No thought has been given to small things that would assist the infirmed and elderly in simply getting from A to B,,,,,,Z.
