Agree, compared to Indians and Chinese, the Russians do spend on motorbikes, food, partying and 7-11.  They are not too happy  when walking around, but overall, I have no issues with them compared to the rude Indians who walk all over the street here in Pattaya and hassle the locals about pricing.  Hygiene is also a big problem with them.  The Chinese just spend money on Chinese.

You're having a laugh.  Russians are the rudest race on the planet.

I am in Pattaya and believe me its certainly is NOT full of foreigners! Went to Central Festival Pattaya a couple of days ago and it was almost deserted, saw a few Indians in a group, but very quiet.  What will happen in December, high season, is anyone's guess, but certainly all the hotels will not be full and obtaining a rental car will not be a problem. I have a feeling you are feeling you are being told lies by some wishful thinkers?

    Not about sticking up.

    Because it's the truth.

A straight guy attracted to trans women is still straight. Fact.

Oh! now i see what it is... you want to be part of some sort of  an exclusive group.  you're gay but some kind of homosexual snob.   because the bottom line is men who like men are gay.  Otherwise you can't say you're gay because if men who like men isn't gay then neither are you.  There is no such thing according to your definition.

I'm not attracted to trans women / ladyboys, etc. in the slightest, dude.

    Because I'm 100 percent gay.

I do give a second look to cute butch lesbians though.

I realize these concepts are too sophisticated for many people though.

    Another case of willful ignorance.

Well good on ya. So I can't understand why you are sticking up for men who are in denial of their own sexuality.

Sounds like you never got out of the city. Go live in a village for a while to see a different side of Thai life. No shopping malls, 7 11, KFC or Macs.

You're just being presumptuous to think that will win your argument.  I have lived in many places in Thailand including numerous villages and they're just as inactive there,  as in the cities.  So, what you going to try next?   You going to narrow it down to a specific part of Thailand next to try and back your argument.  Just like many posters on here you think you're the only foreigner who has lived in rural part of Thailand.  And roll out the old 'the real Thailand'  chestnut????

No, I'm not. You obviously only met lazy ones, unlike myself. My wife was very active. Worked really hard.

One Thai woman doesn't mean they're all active.  In general they're lazy when it comes to exercise or being active.  Unless you have a completely different definition of active.  And I'm no Thai basher. They have a lot of qualities but being active is definitely not one of them,  but they're not alone in that these days.   As most countries citizens are fairly inactive these days.

That's a generalisation as none of the Thai girls I fed did that.

If they stay slim ( lots don't ) it's because they ain't gluttons and they are more active than western equivalent.

    Active!!   you're having a laugh!

Oh ye lemmings of another faith.

Across the world, mask use had the highest correlation with the near complete disappearance of influenza during Covid. End of story.

    Instructions: 1. Read. 2. Weep.

Disappearance and Re-Emergence of Influenza during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Association with Infection Control Measures

And we could all provide an article that opposes that view. We could be here all day exchanging articles, studies, etc etc.      At the end of the day it should be a choice for each person whether they wanna wear masks or not, that's the bottom line.

Nightmare, I think many of us with a bike have been guilty of nipping the shops without a helmet especially if you've adopted Thainess and will take the bike 350metres rather than just walk, becoming more conscious of it recently with the amount of attention local accidents are getting on social media.

if you've adopted Thainess and will take the bike 350metres rather than just walk,   Or what's commonly known as being very lazy
