    incident. The foreigner, described as bald, standing approximately 185–195 cm tall, and covered in tattoos on his arms and legs, is now a wanted man. Not many of those Yob type foreigners in Pattaya to chose from then.

    Chocolate Man eats police ticket, made my Christmas that as, added bonus hes from UK, the national news report is classic, think they where having a giggle, specially the arms folded look at me lol.

    Basically Thais don't get stopped in Pattaya only for show, the fines are 500 baht for a helmet or license violation and 1000 baht for running a red light. Yet do most tourists actually pay there fines or do they bin them and fly home, as never heard of anyone stopped from leaving Thailand for these offences.

    Actually there was a US Forces hospital first, as well as some R&R. Heard that the location was near Soi Diamond, not verified though

    Oh Dear, absolutely shocking will not be able to sleep tonight.

    Plenty of tourists riding big bikes, shirtless, some with the bar fine clinging to the back seat, most I suspect with no license or more important, experience. Unfortunately there be more accidents with the innocent coming out worse.
