Unlikely. UK folks will take a quick, cheap flight to the meditteranean where there are less hoops to jump through, the beaches are clean and everything is open. Germans like to drink beer. The Chinese aren't allowed to travel.
So you should be able to get a sunbed. Although if it's on a beach you won't be allowed to drink or smoke. If it's by a pool, the pool will probably be shut.
Have a happy holiday! ????
I have been checking Cyprus out, not that easy, still PCR tests risk of Quarantine, Masks (fine 300 Euros), did not check insurance requirements, as for coming from Thailand virtually impossible as on Gray List EEU/Cyprus... also Vac not recognized from Thailand.....

Hopefully not, I'm sure the US taxpayers will not be happy, and his crimes are against a Thai National.

The only easing they need to do is stop the 7 day quarantine if they want tourists to return on mass. It’s that simple. Hence why Greece and Europe has opened up and doing fine thank you
Not quite true, looking at Cyprus still to many tests and hoops to go through, as quite a few country's, especially if visiting from Thailand, not even on red list, gray, not booking yet...

Nov 1st: Quarantine free countries named - one night must be in SHA+ or AQ hotel - curfew lifted, bars stay shut
in Thailand News - Discussion
The Thai Government seem to be following similar guidelines to some other country's, as I was looking at Cyprus, yet when a post from another group said she had failed her PCR test she spent the rest of her holiday in a Cypriot Asylum detention center, giving it a miss as travel from Thailand is a Gray area invite only....
