I kilometer cost 1 mill. Half a mill goes into someones pocket and the other goes into the road. Half of the asphalt that was scheduled to be put down. See it all the time. Where on earth would someone lay asphalt 1 inch thick. it is a big joke. Gives someone a job filling pot holes as soon as the asphalt fails.  I'm not Thai bashing ( love it here ) but that's the way it is.

Hello, I live in Thailand and on 1 year retirement status. I would like to go visit Viet Nam for a week. What is the process. I have a valid US passport current and up today with 10 years left on it and lots of pages.
