what about this? Must have a confirmed return ticket exiting Thailand within 30 days. Open tickets do not qualify. Traveling overland by train, bus, etc to Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia (including en route to Singapore), Myanmar, etc is not accepted as proof of exiting Thailand.THIS MAKE NO SENSE::BECAUSE I WANT TO BUY A 6 MONTH TICKET AND IF I CHANGE THE DEPARTURE DATE IT WILL COST ME LIKE 100 or more eur each time how do other people do it?

so i can extend for 30 days only twice? totally I get 45 + 30 + 45 + 30 + 45 days total? = 195 days? that is more than 6 months? How do I know this is true and it will work? If this works I dont really need a hustle with visa...it is very annoying here are the requirements Be from an approved country. OK Be visiting Thailand strictly for tourism. OK Hold a genuine passport with a valid expiry of over 6 months. OK Can provide a valid address in Thailand on entry that can be verified. This address can be a hotel or an apartment. what is this visa exempt? It means no visa? I just come there? And then i do 45 days and do 30 days extension? then go border run to get another 45 days and then do extension then do another border run and do 30 days extension? Will they allow this? What if they mess with me and not stamp my passport?

They want me to select single entry or multiple entry visa. If I select multiple it says I need to have a really good reason to stay there. I want to stay 6 months. If I get single entry visa, will I be able to extend it later on? After 90 days? It is so complicated now for god sake with this e visa... And they want my flight number and ticket. So how do I know how long wil lit take till they approve the visa?

Which areas are flooded? Is wongamat a place that gets flooded, because I am afraid my condo has an underground garage, what happens in that case, is your motorbike ruined or a car?

these are the requirements from my embassy in austria Signed declaration form (download HERE) Travel booking confirmation Proof of accommodation in Thailand, e.g. accommodation booking reservation, invitation letters from family/friends in Thailand Financial evidence, e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, sponsorship letter (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family - for singple entry) Confirmation of legal residence in a country in which you are applying for the visa. (In case that you are not a national of the country in which you are applying for the visa.) Applicant is required to upload his/her passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months (1 year) since the last international trip. Applicant must apply for e-Visa via specific Embassy/Consulate conforming with his/her consular jurisdiction and residency. Applicant is required to upload document that can verify his/her current residency. Please upload your picture holding the photo and information page of the passport. -
Hi, for regular tourist visa they want bank statements, proof of income I dont have 20000bht on my account here in my country. I have 300000 bht on thai bank account and also on paypal which bank do I need to add exactly? Can be paypal screenshot enough? and booking hotel proof...is that just booking, or you need to pay for it? Can I use booking and book hotel even though I will not stay there and it will be just for visa application?

i dont know how americans can live with others and share space...it is awkward....i lived in London for 2 months and share house with others...it sucked...they were eating my food...I was arguing with them....noise...<deleted> that.....in europe we do not share homes...only if you are student -

coming in 1 month, so you are saying negotiate negotiate....but i was never lucky in that.... my max is 2 million for 50-60 sq meters....or bigger.... it is just weird that somebody would drop from 4 to 2 million just like that....does not make sense to me...do you know which condo...was the seller running from the law? -

how is the pool? ALways buys with falangs or you can have a nice swim? why is there a net on the balcony? BEcause of pigeons? also the parking? Is it covered for motorbikes? WHat about floods in pattaya. Do they reach this condo? -

your condo is very nice....i am looking for 50 - 60 sq meter...max...but the fee is so expensive compared to other condos...and it is in fact old building.....is the pool full of people every day? and sauna? how far is to the beach with motorbike? I think pratumnak is very bad with those roads up the hilll many trucks etc....I think i prefer jomtien -

what does it mean, legal process? they will demolish the condo cause you are the only one there? So you have to cover the maintenance costs for all others that are not there? I stayed in Pattaya Plaza condotel the first time I came to pattaya and I saw some doors barred down because they did not pay maintenance fee.... and then you hear on the other hand that russians decline to pay and maintenance fee also...and it seems that to be ok too -
