  1. I have enough money yes....and properties back home so I will not be hungry.... I could rent each month.....but 55 sq meter is very expensive I think.....if I have my own big place I could put my stuff in, not need to carry all my clothes back home.....have my clean sheets here, clean bed etc... living in small rooms like nirun or 40 sq meter is not for me....I need studio at least 55 sq meter....that is a sweet spot for meself the main problem I am doing this is inflation in europe.....it is 10% per year....it will be like this for few years....so if you keep cash you are looginy money..... crypto tanked...godl did not move anywhere.... it is just a metter of time when the inflation will start in thailand....for now I was shocked to see all prices pretty much the same to prior covid.... and people are desperate to sell now because of covid.....

In most cases, 15% withholding tax applies to rental income paid to foreign individuals that are not tax residents of Thailand. How to pay less than 15% tax it means I have to pay the government 15 %??
  5. so in simple term, if you are away in europe and you rent your property through agent you do not have to pay any tax...you can pocket the money 100 %... it is just simple yes or no....
  6. If you own and condo and get a tenant for lets say 1 year and you earn 120000 per year. Do you have to pay any tax? Or not necessary? The real estate agent told me no tax is needed to pay. I was thinking like 20 % of the profit or something....

  8. iwould prefere to live alone in the building, but who will cover the maintenance? the pool is there on top beacutiful, the guy got infection, no chlorine added or what is going on , there is sauna on top etc, small fitness, looks adorable....
  9. i talked with american renting there for 1 year or so...he said he got foot infection from pool water. THere is no security. No staff anywhere.....

  11. I found this great looking condo for good price in wongamat. But apparently only 10 % is occupied. Seems like a dead condo. That is why the price is that good. It was completed 4 years ago and one of the owners wants to unload 5 condos there. Which need a little work to make it perfect. But the condo has no security. And there are power outtakes that last few hours after each rainfall. Is this normal? What if nobody will buy remaining condos? How will this condo survive? Can this condo be demolished? ANd will I loose my million? what is my protection and rights? The owner wants to sell quick.

  14. I am planning to settle down in Pattaya I think. Looking for properties. BUt with no disrespect, i am also looking for a seroious girlfriend. And I dunno if pattaya is the place. I stayed in Pattaya for few months before. I like the beach, malls, restaurants, and especially cheap fruit at markets and of course weather. I am not that into bars....only rarely go there. I am afraid I will not be able to find a good girlfeidn in Pattaya. Is hua hin better, is real estate cheaper there, water cleaner?
  15. I dont want to rely on WIFI from hotels. Is there a better way. I have phone number with AIS. Can I use my phone as hotspot? But what speed can I get max? 10 mb? https://www.ais.th/package/en/package_net_non_stop.html have 1100 bht per month for 10 MBIT is this reliable? Is the speed really that fast? How do I know if my Samsung S8 supports such fast speed? Or should I buy SIM router?

I would really do that immediately....rather than splurgin on used house for 2 million.....and how will I know they will not build me a <deleted> house? Is this far from CM center?
