    in jomtien for example....i searched viewtalay...i contacted 10 companies listing on thai-property.com, not even one replied.... i dont want to walk around with my suitcases when i come to pattaya...it sucks

    In thai-property.com everybody rents for more than 1 year..so no short term rentals where to find short rentals? or did all the tourists came back so renters are picky again?

    My hotel is without wifi... I dont know how to set it up with my phone though. Is AIS or somebody else renting modems out that you can plug in the usb and have internet?

    how can you say that.... 8 years ago i was looking to buy a house in pattaya...almost did it, in village on dark side...1.5 million....semi detached.....can you buy today for this price in pattaya? same for condos...the prices went up after covid at least 30 %, in 10 years the prices double for sure, you could get a house for 1 million in pattaya 10 years ago if I remember right on the dark side invillage

    my friend, inflation...the prices will skyrocket when the tourists will come back..that is my prediction...they are already rising very fast

    people here asking why buy condo or a house? because of inflation.....the prices are rising and so will the rents....when the tourists will come back

    i have a limited time....i can spend 6 months per year in thailand and I choose october - april....so 6 months to avoid winter.... Krabi is nothing special....nice beaches....but i prefer pattaya, more nightlife....malls etc....

    just thinking about options....seems houses are way cheaper than in pattaya i stayed in pattaya total 6 months, but never been in CM...i know there is more polution in CM, which is a big problem

    I see many cheap houses in San Sai or Doi Saket. Is that far from Chiang Mai? Under 2 milion you get a nice detached house. How much costs are with having company so you can buy a house...Per year how much does it cost? Houses here are much cheaper than Pattaya

    it was a great little place near bts where I always stayed....it was a company that offered that internet for over a decade...very fast..you buy month ticket and you get internet very fast....RIP my hotel..they said they dont know when they will get internet back

    is there something around 40 sq meters with pool close to BTS on nut? For around 14000 bht? I dont like super small rooms. It needs to be around 40 sq meter or more

    i agree. I was happy to stay there again with reduced prices of the room and now I hear no internet...lol

    i always stayed in this small hotel in on nut and they just told me they dont have internet anymore because of past covid issues. So I cant check in. Is there a quick solution? I cant believe how they stopped having internet altogether.
