Your claim is incorrect - just rabid right wing propaganda.

In 2017, Pew projected that the Muslim population of Europe would reach a level between 7% and 14% by 2050

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam_in_Europe

BTW the terrible cruel cultural practise of FGM is also carried out regionally by the Christian community

    https://www.motherjones.com/kevin-drum/2016/02/female-genital-mutilation-not-uniquely-muslim-problem/

So part of your argument relies on a project of a population of between 7% and 14% – this appears to me to be a 100% disparity. Therefore the author of this report is egregiously shocking  ????‍♂️????????????????

You are describing the IDC (correctly by all accounts)

But that is not where this happened.

Nor did it happen at a jail.

It happened in the detention room at Swampy airport.  From prior reports here,  large room with some bunk beds, food is provided (but there is a charge) and can also pay the guards to go get you things from airport shops. People are allowed to have their phones in there. I would assume, but do not know for sure, that they would also have their wallets/purses and possibly their carry on bags as well, this is a place people who have been refused entry are kept until they have a flight out. People have complained it is nto very clean but nothing I have ever heard makes it sound like prison conditions and certainly not like IDC (which is worse than any prison).

I have not previously heard of someone being taken there as part if a deportation before. Usually kept at IDC and then start to the airport and onto a flight.

There is no information whatsoever as to cause of death so no basis for speculating anything yet.  People do not die of diabetes in a night unless having a hypoglycemic reaction which would be likely only if insulin taken and then no food. There is no reason to think this applies, but then we really do not know.

    Appreciate your well constructed feedback,

My first hand knowledge relates to the internal jail within Suvarnabhumi airport. I hope this clarifies the matter and thank you for your interest and feedback. All of my feedback relates to the internal jail privately contracted by AOT at Suvarnabhumi Airport????????????

This place makes Philippine jails , to which I’ve also been inside on a personal problematic level – look like you are in a Six star Seychelles resort????????‍♂️????????

The private security guards will only listen to you if you offer the money, otherwise they are deaf and mute to any requests whatsoever – this is how it works and people who have been there know this for a fact. I have seen medical requests due to health reasons refused on an ad hoc basis relative to the ability to access funds towards facilitating the private contractors????????

Take care and have a great day????????????

"always the Farangs fault”........"if the Farang wasn’t here it wouldn’t have happened”...  etc etc.. always the same mindless bumf from some folk.

I am yet to encounter the “farang is always at fault” issue, yet read about it so much on ThaiVisa.com, usually by guys who hang around Pattaya for some reason.

I therefore suspect the Police in Pattaya act completely differently from the Police elsewhere.

You have obviously have not had the misfortune to be upstairs at the Soi nine please station in pattaya. I have been there twice and both times had to hand over 20,000 Baht for a no fault accident and a vehicle theft. If you like I can post photos that I had taken handing the money to the police.

And you quoting the statement ” if we weren’t in Thailand it wouldn’t of happened “ is exactly what transpires here. Reality check????????‍♂️

    Have a wonderful night????????????

When did I say they need to know that. I was calling for the knowlegde of their home country.

You amuse me greatly – thank you kindly.

What George Orwellian country do you come from that notarises their populations drinking habits????????‍♂️????????????????????????
Appreciate the mirth that you have given to me and the populace in general????????‍♂️

Yet another drunken tourist that can´t take care of himself. Why in the whole wide world, can´t they just stay home, drink and try their best to kill themself in their home country. People with such severe alcohol problems should automatically be banned from travelling. It´s easy! Just revoke their passports and force them to sign in to a detox clinic.

Absolutely amazing, we have well learned expatriates on here that are invariably intellectual/competent members of the worldwide community who can be opinionated on the vagaries of humankind.

The world would be an extremely scary place with people such as perfect humans????????‍♂️????????????

  6. FN greedy piece of dog excrement????????

This sort of behaviour is rife in Australia and around the world. One needs to look at the millionaires factory – the Macquarie bank????????‍♂️
I’m sick of these greedy <deleted> who take it upon themselves to exploit genuine normal every day shareholders – may they rot in hell along with his son and their family & be stripped of any assets and wealth that they have????????

    Sounds appealing.

Maybe the actual permit stamps etc. are on top of this.?

This is just the application fee.

Thai Visa is advertising 14,000 renewal extension.

The local agents group in Pattaya are saying 17k plus 4.5k multiple entry stamp this year.

    2 day service.

    All receipts provided.

    No bank book balance required.

What senior immigration officials do is no different from what senior police officers do.

Just another business day in Thailand.

PM me if you would like to know the name of my agent on Soi Buakhao that I have used for many years without problems.

Though as a previous poster has alluded to, we now have to go in person to be photographed by the original immigration officer????????????

So they are dodgy - but not illegal? Contradicting yourself much hu?

    lol.

Do you think those lil IOs have any real power? Big O sees they steal money from the governments Elite visa, Smartvisa etc shemes and they are gone, and you too.

The thai government has absolutely ZERO motivation to support agents and dodgy IOs.

Real ink, bribed to get them - so fake visas. Can be cancelled at all times, and will be if ever caught and you deported. Just a fact, not even a discussion.

Oh they have thai family but not 800k to stay here? Glad they only need 400k to stay here if they had thai family...

Funny how you guys contradict yourselfs, in every second sentence.

It may help if you read my post correctly “ or Apply for a relevant Visa “ ????????‍♂️????????????
    You’re welcome!!

You get the visa stamp from the IO. More recently, even if you use an agent, you need to visit the IO when collecting your passport, to have your photo taken. 100% genuine stamps.

Absolutely correct - the least of my concerns is believing that my stamps are illegal/fraudulent. The I/O at Jomtien looked like a real person with war badges to me????????‍♂️????????????????????????
Dodgy dealings in Thailand is part and parcel for all of us foreigners living here unless you don’t drive a car/ride a motorbike or apply for a relevant Visa!!

I use a Krungsri branch to withdraw up to Bt150K with one my US no foreign transaction fee cards..it's Mastercard....no Bt200 fee but Krungsri does charge a Bt200 fee for Visa counter withdrawals--or at least their fee schedule says that.  The branch would not allow more that Bt150K....I know as I tried to get a little more one time...I asked for Bt160K and the Krungsri rep immediately said B150K was their limit.  Ditto regarding the Bt150K limit at a Bangkok Bank branch I use sometimes for a counter withdrawal but they do not charge any Bt200 fee on Visa or Mastercard.

Much appreciative of your relevant feedback. I will happily check out my Bangkok/Krungsri/Kasikorn bank accounts to ascertain maximum OTC withdrawal limits with the least costings????????????Thanks!!

upon delving into this, I will reply with relevant information.
