Yawn......so whats new in Phuket or Pattaya. Silly western foreigners are so so common these days in these places. Silly in business ventures and silly in their personal affairs. RIP to the deceased anyway.And I hope that others will learn not to make the same mistakes.

The first thing is never....I repeat....never...trusts Thai Female Real Estate Agents especially those that speak English as they are real crooks and garbage. Period. HAd a lot of problems with these kinds in the past. They are worst than whores....some will even flirt with you to get a deal done and most will lie and are devious. I suggest that you post these agents names and mobile phones on sites like craiglists, etc to warn others against doing any business with them.

In my experience for the last 24 years in Thailand, always deal with owners directly thru sites like prakard, baht and sold, etc and whenever if an agent is involved, simply stay away. Most condo buidlings or the receptionists can give you access to an owner who is willing to rent. Foreign Real Estate Agents are even worsts, they think that Thailand is New York or London and will also rip you off with exorbitant rates so that they can make their commissions to flaunt it at the bars or pubs.

Check whether the glucometer that you are using is USFDA and THAI FAD approved. Stick to Accucheck products. A lot of glucometre from Taiwan, Korea nd Chine do not have proper certification are are not accurate in their readings. As far as possible, stay away from medical devices made in Taiwan, China and Korea.

Lol! This made my Sunday morning. Really funny. Most of the respondents to the poll must be BUFFOONS! Has she been seeing a foreigner? Was the foreigner a African, Farang or Chinese? What were their occupations ie a drug peddlar, old retiree, call centre scammer? How did they look? Fat, Old, Young, Cute? Did she have a drug addict unemployed thai boyfriend? How old was he......didi he freelance atthe gay bars? Was she working at the bars before? or was she freelancing by the beaches? Is she old? Was she having any health issues ie HIV, etc.

Also, whats the name of the building so that all future buyers or renters could avoid it.....my God.....Pattaya is sprawled with buildings that someone or another had died in by suicide or murder. Scary.

All the assets of these baech vendors and their relations should be confisticated by the NCPO immediately and they should be jailed as they have been using public land to genarate profits form teh past few years. These scumbags and their families should just be left to rot and no decent person should have any sympathy for these dogs. I really hope people like thse die very slowly and suffer.

Please refrain from using words like Buddhist monks, buddhism and buddhists.......its very different from the Thai Buddhism, Thai Buddhists Monks and Thai Buddhists which is seen here. Thais have "bastardised" almosts anything they come into contact with....including Hinduism now withthe rise of Brahmic Ritauls, The workship o Hindu Gods like Lord Ganesha etc. They also completely rewrite their histories to suit them. Nothing more to say .

I really think that you should move out from your current dwelling. A lot of buildings in thailand are shoddily built and might collapse.

This is getting stupid....really....you have rubber farmers doing rallies and mobs in Bangkok now and yet there are not getting arrested as they are from the South and yet.....for people to merely wear red and not hold rallies....its a no no.....all my thai friends and neighbours who actually hate the Shnawatras and the Pheu Thai are actually going to wear Red this Sunday as they hate being told by the Army and the General as to what they can and cannot wear. I think that the NCPO really needs a good PR Company to help them....all that they are doing....maybe unconciously despite their good concerns for the country, is making more and more poeple hate them each day.....which can be a bad thing for the country eventually. Thsy should focus on important things like the economy and also doing more to help the people while also prosecuting all politicians from the past from all parties and also all corrupt govrnment officals and all those who cheated the country from the past and confisticate their assets along with those of all the various thai chinese business monopolies and redistribute them to the poor. This would win them great support from the masses.

A lot of farangs here generally hate thais and love to support the migrants ie Burmese, Cambodians and Vietnamese. Why don't these people simply leave thailand and go stay in those countries then period. As far as I am concerned....a lot of these migrants are more obnoxious and dangerous than the local native thais. Considering that these migrants come from poverty and places than have been under war and slave like conditions of living and are not very civilised, many of them do not understand the manner of living or behaving in a normal civilised society(thailand is not there yet but at least aroung 60% there compared to these migrant countries.)Mnay of these migrants I have encountered in Bangkok are simply rude, uncivilised and stupid and there is more crime reported day to day in the local dailies of crimes committed by these migrants. Thailand really needs to clmap up its borders and immigration countrols.

Were not these Suthep's illegitimate children who laid siege to Bangkok with regards to the corrupted Pheu Thai and their schemes to help the rice farmers. So why should any help be given to them? And furthermore, why isn't the NCPO arresting them for mobs in Bangkok again.

Muslim refugees can go to muslim countries....they are not welcome here as they only cause problems or end up indulging in terrorists activities. Nobody ask them to come here. Go to the richer middle east countries where your own fellow muslims will treat you like slaves.This is stupid biase reporting by a muslim-owned news agency. Oh My God! Pattaya and Phuket seems flushed with daily horrible fatal and petty crimes every day. Seems like places for everybody to cross out if they intend on visiting or living in those crime infested places.

I really do not understand why a lot of farangs like to say that Burmese and Cambodians workers are better than Thais......I find them to be horrid people compared to the thais. I have had so many unpleasant encounters with Burmese and Cambodian workers in Thailand for instance, I find the burmese Indians at MBK to be cheats and the Burmese working at Onnut Tesco Lotus Food Court to be first class idiots. Give me thais anytime....at least I know whats up their heads.

Thai Doctors or Specialists.....lol! I have had enough of bad experiences at BNH, Bamrungrad , Paolo, Samitivej. These days if I ro my loved ones are sick or worried about something, we will fly to Singapore where Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, or NUH Hospitals are simply the best in terms of Doctors and services.

I find one of the earlier poster's comments among Indians strange. Having known and interacted a fair bit with the local Indian Community in Bangkok, most of them despite being sneered at by the locals, have done very well for themselves and even the poor and uneducated ones who come from India , still manage to do well in a sense as they are willing to do multiple jobs etc. Its very rare that you find an Indian that has gone busts or even found begging. Furthermore, the various Indian communities here are very close knit and they will rally to support each other in hard times, the same even applies for the poorer UP Indians workers here and they even have the temples and various Indian Organisations to assists them.I guess this guy was not really a typical Indian as he was maybe trying to be more farang-like ie English Language school, hanging out only with farangs, dressings, etc. RIP to him though.

Well I hope that Premier Prayut will show justice to all the thai people and make sure that the navy's admiral wife is duly punished plus the admiral himself sacked. If thais really want justice, they should all close their accts at the said bank and boycott the bank unitil it fires this lower life form who hit a pregnant lady.

Huh? I though Thailand's economy is doing so so well. everybody is coming here and investing and openning offices and factories etc etc. Thailand velly velly good. So much hot air everyday.....all thais are happy and have money.
