Surely not Thai's fault! Will be interesting to see where they lay blame.
The ground suddenly moved towards the plane. The skilled Thai pilot then iniated a highly skillful go-around maneuver, as it had moved to only 800 feet of the plane.

It seems that way but what would make that difficult is Immigration coming to check on you in your workplace as a part of the process or is that not done at schools?
No idea.
I don't think immigration officers go around to every school checking all the teacher's visas every year.

How stupid, how many English teachers can a school have? A few dozen. So they run fifty through the same consulate. Greed.
Seems the story is that the people getting the visas were not working for the school, or working at all.
It seems that these people were selling what's needed to get a one year visa (via work permit).

Their best chance to catch him is with information from someone who knows him
it's why the reward for this information needs to be much more higher.
In this case imo 1 million bahts is a minimum
If they wanted him caught they'd have had his name and face all over the newspapers and social media.
-
If they wanted him to be caught by now, he'd be caught by now.

simply digital tax evaders.
There's no problem with paying Thai income tax for remote work while based away from anyside of the business in Thailand.
The same as paying tax on stock trades and property rental. No Work Permit required.
Go to the Tax office, get a TIN which is your personal tax number, and pay your income tax that way. Some pensioners also do it as they pay less tax in their home country this way. No WP required for any of that, as only income earned in a type of employment that falls under the Employment of Aliens Act require a WP. Remote work, stocks, property, etc don't. ????

Fully legal.
You can legally do it at a Co-Working office on a Tourist Visa. As Immigration have already declared. (It isn't legally considered working in Thailand)
"immigration officials said at a press conference in August that “digital nomads” – people who can work remotely from anywhere – would be able to do so on a tourist visa."
The french guys were arrested as they were working here, in an office, for a company that was operating in Thailand.
Btw, I'm not sure why it being legal enrages some posters on here, my guess is that they are struggling with all the red tape and hoops they have to jump through, and young happy guys showing up for a while on Tourist Visas, legally working remote jobs that the old hoop-jumpers can't, gets them bitter.

The Arabian coast? That's half the World away from that small country America.
What on Earth is an American navy ship doing there?

Gotta feeling the lawyer won't succeed, and you'll end up legally owing him 200k. ????

As Buddhists, Thais don't feel jealous, or act out of jealousy.

Have you had a look this week ?
Go down towards the River Hotels, and look again, very large sandbanks a third of the way across the river, the little boats moored 30 meters plus from the banks, and the river level around 8-10 meters lower than last year !
Exactly.
Downstream, from a point in Thailand that has no such issues....... oh, but it's China! ????

The River Yom goes nowhere near China.
If, in your geographical ignorance are thinking about the Mekhong and it's tributaries, this photo of the Mekhong was taken from Thailand, well downstream from anywhere close to China last week.
Say what?

Got back all excited, she performed some acts on him that he thoroughly enjoyd, went a bit farther after that and she had a johnson, he lost it, and in the ensuing fit end up turfing him/she/it over the balcony.
How am I doing?

Yup.
As I said:
