  1. For my last desktop build I imported some hardware from the US with newegg, worth checking out.
  2. A pdf browser exploit would fetch a high price in bug bounties, I doubt it'd be wasted on you. I don't think there's been a 0day like this in the wild now for a quite a while.
  3. Was probably the issue with mine. If they asked for the room number I'd give it to them. I guess I'll put in brackets next to the building name next time. Seemed to work fine without it before but I guess it was lacking enough challenge for Thai immigration's tastes.
  4. Thanks @ubonjoe You can delete this thread now if you like unless you think it'll help others.
  5. Online reporting keeps getting rejected, are we back at Chengwattana Immigration or are we still going to the Covid Carpark? Sorry for making a new thread just for this but I couldn't find the info.
  6. Thank you, I managed to find it okay. I don't have what I need with me at the moment to try it but when I get home I'll see if I have any luck. In any case, I think I'm way too close to my report date. (10th) for it to work, but next time it rolls around I'll give it another shot. Appreciate the info.
  7. ooh, I wonder if this one will actually work for me. I won't hold my breath though.
  8. Instead of starting my own thread, can I ask here if 90 day reports are still in that carpark place in Bangkok or are they back in Chaengwattana Immigration? I have to do mine next week.
  9. That does in fact appear to be the case. Well, I've had my excitement for the day at least. If anyone as silly as myself in a similar situation finds this thread, just email them, calling them seems to be rather counterproductive.
  10. Did that before I realised the situation, waiting for a reply. @Scottish Thailander I appreciate where you're coming from but they themselves told me in no uncertain terms that they're closed. The Passport Adviceservice eventually told me I'd just have to wait for them to open again, which could be who knows when, probably too late if they're going to take 11 weeks to process my renewal. Disregard everything, I've received a reply from VFS attempting to establish an appointment date. My bad! ???? They told me on the phone they were closed and couldn't help ????
  11. I'm certain I made that very clear and they did indeed forward me to consular services, if I were applying for a visa I'm not sure they'd do that. Perhaps they were able to pick it up because they'd already successfully applied. I'm on hold again with a flabbergasted agent from the Passport Adviceservice.
  12. Also thanks for the link but this is for Czech people. Took me a while to realise why it was saying Sam Yan instead of Trendy building.
  13. After 20 minutes on hold to the Passport Adviceservice a robot told me they'll call me back.
  14. @WhiteBuffaloATM Mate, I've lived abroad close to 10 years, I don't burden my friends with this sort of stuff out of the blue when they've got their own stress in life to deal with. Otherwise I appreciate the advice. I'm going to call the Passport Adviceline now to see if they can offer any more wisdom.
