Some of our customers ask us to send them photos of the steaks that we plan on sending out so they can check. Usually it is for wagyu as it seems the marbling is very important to some customers.
We can also do this for customers who want to buy our dry aged beef and other beef such as Certified US Angus or Tasmanian Angus. Simply ask and we can send the photos first for approval.
I attach a photo we just took of a couple of our tenderloins as an example. Pretty much all our tenderloins are like this with minimal fat or trimming on this cut (the striploin and ribeye naturally have more fat around the edges but they too are always trimmed).

while the 2 different steaks(striploin and rib eye) I bought from you were tasty they also had a lot of fat and sinew through them. For the price I paid it was disappointing and it may well only be some that are like this but all the meat should be of high quality and trimmed of the excess fat and sinew. Just using the feedback that praises it and not the ones that raised concerns also doesnt help, honesty is important when you run a business, while these buyers got good meat there are several that didnt. You want good custom then you need to ensure that the butchers trim it correcty and dont let the not so good bits to be put into the orders, if the quality is kept high you will get repeat purchases but after what I bought for christmas I will not buy again due entirely to the quality of the meat(this includes the pochetta). It is hard to find good steak but even Makro sells some cuts that are the same quality if not better then what you sent me, improvement is needed

The two pics on the left look a bit close to pepperoni... I might just try to see if they come close. Really I just want to make pizza with American style pepperoni. There's several other threads on this forum looking for US style pepperoni to no avail.
Would be interesting to see if what we supply is similar or the same as what you are looking for.

I am getting ready to place an order soon. I'm anxious to see the quality of your local steaks. One request... I see that you have a "Salumi" section on your website. I assume that this is for Salami although I don't see any products listed under it.
If you could get your hands on pepperoni you would have a long-term, ongoing customer from me and probably other expats as well. Since you have access to so many other quality meats, maybe that is possible? And I'm talking about real pepperoni like they have on American pizza... not spicy salami with red food coloring added like they try to trick people into buying here. It's soooo hard to find pepperoni anywhere.
since years I am looking for real salami, but real salami is a difficult and dangerous product no one want to make it.
Real means, it is fermented and it has fungus......and you shouldn't die after eating because either the fermentation or fungus went wrong which can be deadly on meat products. If some donkey meat is in it, even better.
Our supplier of salumi Black Pig is very serious about what they do, and they do it really well. Everything is done by hand and only if the product passes strict QC controls and is of the highest quality will it be supplied to us.
We were selling is before as half and whole pieces but will switch to pre sliced packs next year. Here are some photos of the actual product that we have sold out of until next year.

Maybe you should point that out more (it is already) on the webpage that no MSG, non of the other chemicals that bind the water. Maybe also gram meat per 100 gram sausage or ham. Seems a lot people like seajae and me are paranoid on that.
Point out the good things (or rather the bad that aren't inside) may attract some more customer.
you are spot on, my MSG concern was all that was keeping me from ordering till I saw the ingredients listed. Once I realized there wasnt any I placed the order straight away, everything in Thailand has MSG added to it and my system doesnt handle it well. Now looking forward to having some great christmas feeds with what I am getting, will definitely comment on the quality after I have tried everything.

Thanks for your suggestion. None of our products that we sell have MSG though or artificial additives or preservatives. I think we are pretty well known for supplying really good quality products, at least that is what our customers tell us. Just try any of our meats, seafood, jams etc and you will see for yourself!

Are any of your sausages like american sausage? I guess some people call it "country style" but it is the kind you would receive by default in 99% of American restaurants. I find most all of the "sausages" here in Thailand are basically hot dogs and are horrible as a breakfast food.
I am from the UK so I am not 100% sure what an American sausage is. I can tell you thought that non of our sausages are anything like a hot dog. Our sausages are made with high quality pork (in the case of the ones from Sloanes, or lamb or beef if you go for the ones from the Accidental Butcher), no msg, additives or preservatives. Just great sausages made by people who are serious about making the best products possible.

A mate had some (actually a lot) turkey bacon shipped, the packing said something like "50% less fat than pork", the authorities dumped the lot.

Definitely no msg in these products. Sloane's would never do that as they have the same philosophy as us, great quality products at a reasonable price.
Once you try our sausages you will never go back! Just look at some of our customer reviews and you will see what I mean.

The bacon too when cooked does not shrink at all in size. Other stuff you get in the supermarkets reduces by over half and lots of water comes out of the product.
Personally my favourite sausages are the Cumberlands and Toulouse, both fantastic.
