You say it is a hell of a salary for a Thai, first time you mentioned Thai.  What do you know about salaries to make such a comment?  There are a lot of Thais making 50-100 thousand per month.  Has to be since they are making payments on a lot of expensive homes and vehicles, 25-30,000 in fixed monthly payments plus some kids in private schools or university will quickly double that.

There are also many thai that nake between the 50k and 300k per month.

And the thai are in need for more.

When you use google docs then you are open and google can read all documents including all confidentials as recently was on the news.

So actually there is for a conoany no reason not to comply to the law in this and have genuine software and the goverment/hospitals/police/immigration and so on themselfs have also to comply to this too.

If course the europeans go to other places, they just get better value for money.

Well one thing is sure. And that is that you can not trust a goverment.

Dispite all your planning we see around the world many running into problems with the pensions they. have.

There are countries that even half the pension when you live in countries like Thailand because they say all is cheaper.

All starts with the fact if the childern are linked to you and that you are the father in the system

Father as in registered in the system because you where married to the mother when the child involved was born or by court after DNA test (prefferable done by foresenic department of the bangkok police).

This makes all easier.

Then you can apply in court for custody.

You will get a visa to be able to attent the court hearing as well attent the investigation done by the juvenile department of the provical goverment the children are registered according to the housebook.

If you have already cusotdy theb all is a bit easier even inder thai law.

Because father and mother are imoortant and the juvenile department supports tje involvement of both parents.

Make sure you have all dociments ready about you provate situation as well finacial.

The translation of the documents you can do it the best at the offices that are  at the ministery if foerign affairs in bangkok.

The laywer office that supported me in in my case the translation service they offered of those documents they not apprvoed because of translation errors and wrong interpreations. This diepsite that they would provide a good interpation and correct translation that could be used at the monistery of foreign affairs.

Back home the officails of the Thai consul and thai embassy also when upset about the translation errors and bad interpretation when shown the documents

But as we all know deframation act they will sue you with even when you tell the truth and can show the documents. Depote there are offices who do real good translations this experience makes that it is wise and use only the services at the ministery of foreign affairs and under the cinditions as the ministery of foreign affairs recommends to do.

Having mentioned this and save you a lot of frustration, time and money the following you have to keep in nind.

Thailans recognizes the international right of the children and as I personally found out wil act to it too in my case.

All will succeed by your preparation as well take a lawyer (preferable female) who is good thai speaking and when go to court or interviews also take a translator with you. Prefferable females becasue work better in this case.

Show that you want to care

Show repsect to the positoon of the mother and knwo where the money is they juvenile want to have the child.

Do what you preach andthen act to it.

Show respect for the morher and inderstand her postion. As well most is doen to please the family and status of herself.

Underline the statement that a child need to have the free access to father and mother when they want. Also that they need to have good education and support in the cultural backgound. Thai and yours.

You do need real time tracking. Why? Because you can get very cheap very good gps jammer and gsm jammer and then let the jammer tell to the system onboard how the car did drive. So you are seeing a programmed direction.

In 2009 it was 1 euro 50 thb

And also not needed much money to live.

Good food and living was not so expensived the smile was a smile and the average people have not western look and additude

2019 the 1 euro is about 32/33thb

Need a lot of money for the same things as in 2009. The food is going to average and the money needed is a lot more for the same.

The average people have western imitation look, become big and do have a more western additute in many areas. The real smile now a days is hard to find in many areas.

And the way thai do now are in price nearly the same as in the west or even more expensive than in the west. 

Around 2018 we reached a point for our business that when compare the production costs that we can produce the same products we make in the west with a more constant quality in the west.

Robots and manual labour is also a balance the Thai have to keep in mind too.

The problem you face and your company is that you probably not doing work that is on foreigner work.

Beside that if your thai partner companies not back you up you will have a very hard time and success will be very slim.

Tm 28 has been all the time for the foreigner unless the foreigner is also the landlord. Then has to full out the tm 30 as well.

This is written down many times.
