  1. You're welcome. Yes, your run-rate looks accurate for that day.
  2. Hello, friends. I’ve been asked for a report of my experience with the 90-Day Report, so here it is: I arrived at Chaengwattana Immigration at 11:20 on Wednesday, without an appointment, and was given Queue #304. I noticed that #149 was being served at that time. At 12:00 noon, work stopped for lunch break until 1:00 p.m. I waited from 1:00 to 3:20, when I was served, taking just a couple minutes. I was given a Receipt of Notification instructing me to report my address again on 19 Mar 2025 (in 90 days). To do my report required only my passport and completed TM47 form. I had also taken a copy of the Receipt of Notification of the TM30 form which I had submitted earlier in the year, but I wasn’t asked for it. So, I was at the Chaengwattana Immigration office for four hours, one hour of which was lunch break. Now that I’ve accomplished the in-person notification, I will continue with the online 90-day notifications as I had done previously.
  3. Thanks for your advice, friends. I went to Chaengwattana today and did the 90-day report.
  4. I live in Bangkok and have previously dealt with only the immigration office at Chaengwattana.
  5. Thank you, but I don't want to do my report in Pattaya or Jomtien. I want to do it at the immigration office in Chamchuri Square on Rama IV Road in Bangkok.
  6. I have a TM30 for Chaengwattana but not Chamchuri.
  7. Hi. When I was living in Thailand for many years previously, I used to do the 90-day report online. However, I left Thailand for one year and just came back here this September. On 29 Sep 2024 I received a one-year temporary extension of stay at Chaengwattana and was informed that my 90-day report would be due on 28 Dec 2024. I just tried to report online as before, but I got this reply: For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required. I will go to the immigration office this week for the 90-notification. Could I handle this at the Chamchuri (where I have never been before) or would I be required to go to Chaengwattana? Thanks.
  8. Thanks for posting this music video.

  11. I've never seen the English Recipe beans for sale. What supermarket sells it, please?
  12. Thank you for your information and advice, Sheryl. It's very helpful.
  13. I take Losartan and Amlodipine for high blood pressure, Atorvastatin for cholesterol, and Omeprazole for acid reflux. No other problems. I have had operations on appendix and gall bladder more than 30 years ago. Thank you.
  14. Hi. I’d appreciate your recommendation of medical insurance companies. I plan to retire here in Thailand. I’m American, male, age 73, living in Bangkok. Thank you!
  15. They could add to the story's authenticity by doing some filming in Kalasin Province, well known in Thailand for its dinosaur fossils.
  16. Hi. Re: TM.30 form. In the case of an apartment rental, can the foreign tenant submit the TM.30 notification at Chaengwattana without the apartment owner being present nor furnishing any documents? If the owner needs to furnish documents, what are they, please? Thanks!
  17. Hi. In December 2023 I received a Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa with this information: Date of grant: 14 December 2023 Visa must be used by: 10 June 2024 Length of stay in Thailand: 60 days I arrived in Thailand on 31 Dec 2023. I flew to Laos and back on 26-27 Feb and was given 60 days until 26 Apr. Can I take a flight out on 26 Apr and receive another 60 days on my return to Thailand the next day? Thank you.
  18. Is that the Red Cross clinic on Ratchadamri Road?
  19. Thanks for your advice on this subject, friends. This time I decided to fly to Vientiane. Next time I'll consider the various other methods you recommended. Cheers!
  20. Hi, I’d appreciate your recommendations: I entered Thailand on Dec 31, 2023, and am permitted to stay until Feb 28, 2024. After that, I want to stay in Thailand just two more months. I could get an early morning flight to Vientiane on Feb 26 or Feb 27, get a visa-on-arrival there, and then return to Thailand in mid-afternoon that same day. Alternatively, I wonder if there is a good service for crossing and reentering at a land border. Could you advise me on this, please? Thanks!
