How can anyone here be expected to answer this. We do not know the lay of the land the availability of water etc. You want an answer ask a local who knows about the land in that area.

I believe the 90 day reporting is a good idea for people living in long stay hotels and in apartments on short term contracts. However if you own your own condo or live in your own family home the requirement should be that you don't need to do the 90 day but are required to do a change of address notification if you move.

If you have a valid license in English and it has a photo ID, no need for an IDP and you are good for up to 3 months after which you need to apply for a Thai license. You need to carry your passport as well as the license. I assume this is so the police can check you have been here less than the 3 months.

I have never been able to do online reporting due to a entry prior to 2013.
You can still do them in person or by mail. But no need to worry about reports until after July 31st or later if they extend the amnesty.
The last time I left Thailand was on a re-entry in 2009 and I can do mine online no problem.

It sounds like you need to replace the charging jack / port in the computer. I have done this on a few machines.

From my experience most do not lease land by paying money up front. They usually come to a agreement to hand over a % of the crop in exchange for the use of the land. You can then sell or keep the rice.

Has the amnesty (covid-19) on expired licences finished yet and if so how long do you have to get a new one

Unless you know what type of foundation the small unit is built on you would be better starting from scratch. If it's a fairly new build you might be able to ask the original builder / developer.

Where and how are we suppose to fill in this health form. So I drive to visit friends in Phang Nga from Bangkok, will I need this form before I go, or when I get to their house, or is it only if I use public transport?
This applies to public transport no problem with private car as far as I am aware.

So they weren't dismissed then?
Looks like they will be dismissed but are under investigation to see if criminal charges will be persued or not. Probably depends if they pay restitution to the Lady and how much Tea money they pay to protect themselves.

There should not be a problem with insurance being valid with an out of date licence as it is still valid until after the emengency decree. The validity of the licence is determined by the Government not the insurance companies. The problem will be the amount of leeway you get when the offices open and the decree ends as there will be literally thousands of people with expired licences. Even before the lockdown renewing a licence for Thai's meant queueing very early at some places and still being sent away and told to return and queue again the next day. they just can not process them all in a couple of days. It could take weeks as every day more expire. I hope they dispence with some of the requirements like watching the same video everytime you go.

I don't see why you should be penalized for living overseas in retirement. If you payed your NI contributions you should be treated the same. At the end of the day they are already saving the gov money by living overseas. They are not claiming for other things such at winter payments. Then the big one they are not a burden on the NHS and care systems this alone must save the gov millions but they still penalize them. They say it is due to them not being subject to UK inflation and cost of living. Do they not realize inflation happens everywhere and the cost of living in some countries is higher than it is in the UK. pensioners are not asking for more just to be treated the same.

I am in Pattaya. I had an agent do my yellow book application at a cost of 2,000 baht. Only extra was a certified copy of my passport (maybe 1,000 baht..can't remember). I gave her any stuff she required and one week later I had my Yellow Book. I did not have to go to the Amphur. So for me this was a good way to go.
The Pink card afterwards was a one hour job at Banglamung.
Which agent did you use.

Cracks in wall at our building
in DIY Forum

I would say nothing to worry about some of the photos the crack looks near where the concrete posts attach to the block wall very common. The third image is this outside. It looks like the wall has got damp and some of the rendering has broken away and been badly patched . Does this area get wet. The crack again by the window frame is where the block wall meets the concrete lintel. These are all very common. The brick / block work is only tied to the concrete posts and lintels with bits of rebar sometimes even large nails placed into holes drilled in the concrete. It is not easy to fill these small cracks you may need to chip away a bit more around the cracks and then fill / render.
