The world use to be much nicer before all those crooks, charlatan, fraudsters and criminals got into our lives
via all those digital media cheating and stealing their ways in the billions, to me, the trust we used to
enjoy has gone...

Not a stranger.. If you had read the article you would have known that.
I read the article, to me leaving all your worldly possessions to a maid while I'm certain that she had
relatives and closer family members than a maid, but sometimes strangers treat you better
than your own flesh and blood..

Pity that a woman had to end up her life in such way and leaving everything to a stranger maid
while I'm sure that she had siblings and relatives back home not being on a good terms with any of them
enviously enough to leave her worldly possessions to them...

I was going by the video where it appeared that he hit something in the road. "The tyre suddenly burst" statement is impossible to verify. More likely, the deflated rear tyre was part of the wreck. I've driven about 2 million miles in my driving career. Never had a tyre "suddenly burst". Especially these days with modern tyre construction. When seeing a truck with a burst tyre, they are normally shredded. The tyres on the truck are not shredded.
With 44 degrees heat, truck overloaded, worn out tyre or not properly inflated, anything can happened to a tyre...

There are several subjects that are strictly taboo in Thailand, where one is not allowed to discuss them and god
forbids if you dare to criticise, but this is their country, take it or leave it...

Why the negativity? the article just point out to a very unusual and extreme weather conditions Thailand is experiencing
at the moment and it has nothing to do with 'do good dooers or climate activist, this is a pure freak of nature..

What does that mean? No seatbelt?
Just like many motorbike riders without helmets, same goes to many drivers who seems to disregard wearing seat belts
(I admit, I'm one of them) driving around town...( although my car is a much more safety protected than a Toyota Vios)...

And yet, Thai health authorities reports of 10,000 new Covid cases everyday,
Just wondering though, where would Thailand be without tourism revenues? probably not better than
it's neighbours, a third world country...

Not really. It is clear from her note and her actions that she intended to kill herself. Cancer issues and loneliness were obvious factors, and possibly business worries. RIP.
Still, the mystery remains as to how she got to own a gun legally and who are the owners of the Vila given the Thai laws that
says foreignness aren't allowed to own land unless it's under a company name or a Thai nominee...
