Hello all, I am currently working on a NON B. If I resign from my teaching job but have another job to go straight into......Can I avoid having to leave Thailand? I have a vague memory of a '7 day rule' Is this just a case you having 7 days to get out of dodge and thats it?? Is there such a thing as a seamless ride from one job to another like this? Advice please...

When other cultures complain about the Wests infiltration/ influence nothing much is said by the luvvies....When white people have a problem with, for example Islam filtering into the West they are up in arms. It makes logical sense to extrapolate ( yipee I got to use that word) what is happening in, say Britain and be very rightly worried that the cultural landscape may very much change, and not for the better ,if the religious demographic changes from that of a Christian nation..to that of an Islamic one. At some point their influence will become such that policy, societal norms/ mores etc may change. This may already be happening. Is that not a reasonable take? If not, why not?

No, it scared me....standing there with a high fever, barely able to function and then I see blood dripping from my gums...stuff of nightmares!!

I had a very strange illness a few years ago that 'could' have been dengue. I had a very high fever, felt like death and my gums bled when I brush my teeth.....I went to the hospital later and the doctor said it could have been but it was too late to test???....the bleeding gums is something I have never had before or since.

Another issue is that I am NOT living with my son, he stays with his mother nearby. Is this an issue? We are separated but I see him often....

Hello all, I separated from my wife a few years back. I have a son who is 16 years old and am considering switiching back to a NON O visa from a NON B. I had a NON O marriage visa for many years. My ex is Thai and obviously my son is a Thai citizen.... Here is my question: I have read that this visa is discontinued when my son turns 20 BUT I have also read a few stating that this is not the case. I remember one poster on here commenting that he still continued to get this visa AFTER his child turned 20. Anyone?

Hello all, I have a Honda Rebel 500. I would like to maybe do it up a little....seat, non plastic indicators.....perhaps new mirrors....etc etc etc. I have been to Poonsab market out in Pathumtani that has motorcycle stuff, but its mainly for smaller bikes. Now, here is the question. Is there a market of sorts that specialises in stuff (all stuff) for bigger bikes? Yes, I have found a lot of stuff online, but I would actually like to be able to hold it in my hands before buying. Anyone???
