Thanks for all the advice and information to date, going to go to the family home some 12 kilometres from Sangkha and use it as a base to see if we can find what we want.

We do visit the area often as my wife's family lives some 12 kilometers from Sangkha, however at 78 years old I find the drive somewhat tedious. And to get said family to do some searching is indeed a challenging task, great folk, but to get them to ask questions and provide logical answers is as I am sure many of us know an interesting past time. My young (well mid 30s nephew married to a Thai lady) he is a qualified teacher from the UK has applied for a number of positions shown via the Craiglist link shown as the reply address on the Craiglist posting, Not once has he received any replies despite enclosing all his details, degree, CV etc. he is now beginning to think that the Craiglist link is flawed. He is resident in Thailand so no issue there as far as I know Any advice, comments that can be passed on to him please?

Prefer a house 3/4 bedrooms, parking, town house or detached any ideas and advice reference (long term) monthly rental, private or agents etc, TIA for any suggestions
