"He doesn't have much knowledge or understanding of the world and has made mistakes".
I could puke if I read something like that.
A 27 year old businessman with an intellectual development level of a 3 year old? That's supposed to excuse his negligent actions, which caused a lot of people to die?
Ridiculous argument by the lawyer.
BS baffles brains everytime.

So who is to blame? Both the owners and the authorities. Equally.
Lets not forget the corrupt BIB.

Forget plug in too much amperage needed. You need to hard wire a good brand shower unit, 5500 - 6500W. with seperate breaker. I am using now, not piping hot but enough to help with greassy dishes. Maybe look at a Mazuma.
Cheers.

There are no real noteary people in Thailand as you would find in your own country, however, some legal firms are noted here, best to check with people requesting the signed documents. Had the same problem. You proberbly will have to travel to Bangkok or Pattaya.

It appears guns are just like going to 7/11 for a coke, pop down to your local neighbour hood black market shop and select a firearm and a box of ammo.

Ganja food needs to be regulated that's all. It must come in a special cover with a clear warning: Keep out of reach of children.
Just like medicine, any dangerous substance. Problem solved.
Next please!
TIT You really think thats going to happen. That would be common sense.

As stated before Thailand has opened a can of worms with legal cannabis. The populus here think this is quick way to make a buck, however, due to the lack of education regarding this product more problems are on their way.

Would really like to see the studies supporting claims that hemp and cannabis seed cultivation are going to dramatically raise farm incomes. What infrastructure is planned to support hemp fiber and cannabis seed oil processing? What studies have been done to evaluate the impact on Thailand's ground water resources? Hemp fiber production produces a lot of waste biomass. How is that going to be disposed of? Burned, perhaps?
Article on hemp production from farmer's perspective:
As far as who is most likely going to financially benefit from cannabis flower production for medicinal and recreational use, isn't this a fairly capital intensive industry requiring strict adherence to regulatory production standards? Because of the capital investments, technical knowledge, and conformance to regulatory standards which will be required, does this not present many barriers to entry to this commercial market which will largely favor large well-financed entities?
Video highlighting the capital intensive nature of cannabis flower production:
In other words, are claims that farm income and income inequality will be improved through decriminalization a bunch of empty, poorly researched lies and hype? The Thai people deserve answers to these questions.
Only pushed by Anutin and his cronies to rake in cash from their private weed farms.

I wonder how big the brown envelope was for him to push this policy.

More paper the better, means more staff, thats how Thailand runs, 10 people to do work of 2 people.

A few banks here will not allow farang to open accounts here. I use KTB no problems very helpful. Suggest find a main branch, then better chance of english speaking staff.

From my experience best to get an agent, hassle free. They organise everything for you. You get Thai marriage certificate (decorative A4) and translated copy to english. 12,000 - 14000B.

thats a good point. then maybe he can go to the bank and chose a joint account option?
but i think he has only 800K so if he dies wife need only 1 time use.. ATM card i mean. and most of them are like what.. 10 years?
I believe joint accounts are not acceptable with immigration for visa extensions.
