All Red Sea towns & cities are wide open for any tourist with PCRs and those who are fully vaccinated. Only 3 to 4 hours away from Rome,London & Paris.

I think market force and other factors will always determine the value if any property. Of course if the demand is high the price will increase but where the money will go at the end?????????????
