What it rally means is that Iran will not directly target Israelis themselves.

They will simply "sub-contract" the job to locals using an intermediary so they can claim their hands are clean.

It's the same thing the PLO did in Palestine when they decided to go the "political" route as they weren't making any ground in wiping out Israel via the terrorist route.
They claimed to have given up terrorism but in reality just handed off the dirty work to groups led by young idealists eager to prove themselves.

The Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is the same thing. Terrorists dating back to the late 1920s. They too decided to go "political" and hand off the terrorism work to "third party" groups so they could pretend to be non-violent.

(And as it is World Cup time and it's being hosted in Qatar it's worth noting that Qatar was/is a major sponsor of the Muslim Brotherhood, including the branches that are still "terrorist". But they also host a large US military contingent so people look the other way. Just like they did during the Arab Spring when Saudi Arabia, Bahrain (with Saudi assistance), the UAE and others violently put an end to the protests in their countries.)

Note that Iran (at least the religious whackos) refuses to disavow their pledge to annihilate Isreal. And here's a hint. It has absolutely nothing at all to do with Palestine. Iran doesn't give a toss about them. It's all about loathing the idea of a non-Muslim democracy in the middle of the "Muslim" empire.

I think the same... Normally things like this happen if you invite an "entertainer" to your room. It is highly unlikely that a thief enters an occupied room and has the luck to find cash on the table. And at the same time the owner is taking a shower and doesn't realise what happens.

It doesn't need much of a brain to solve this obvious theft.

    Wow..

    Law enforcement is a joke

How can you cross into Malaysia with a vehicle that isn't yours?

Did it have the 'sticker' that Romanizes the Thai number plate?

You need to be the owner to do that and it has to be done at the Dept of Transport

Good luck trying to do it on a rental.

Also..how come the Malaysians didn't stop -or even arrest- them?

All foreign cars are stopped a few kms into Malaysia and given a bit of a check.

..but wait....they snuck  back into Thailand again, unmolested, made it to Pattaya and decided to overstay....????????

Meth is a hell of a drug.

I use friends car to cross the borders between Brunei and kuala Laura or Miri in west Malaysia. Just need to enter car information and driver online

Simple. Malaysian also look at the online registration of the vehicle.

In the old days you need only an authorisation letter from the car owner.

Its not just about justice....  its about ‘sending the message’ that this behaviour is unacceptable and will be punished.

This is where the Thai legal system fails - the flaws and in-balance in the system simply enable people to continue on with flagrant disregard for the laws because they know they can get away with it....

Its that simple... Ask anyone who drink-drives here in Thailand if they would dare do the same in the UK, Japan or Middle East etc and we’d receive an emphatic ‘No !!!’...

..... So, why do those very same people do so [drink and drive] in Thailand ?????

Of course, we all know the answer.

What sentence would you get if at Southwark Crown court?
