Manslaughter or Joss (Fate)?

Silly me, I thought the heading said "Pattaya to get new Point of View".
Like tourists are important to our business income and must be treated well.
Retirees are the backbone of our economy providing guaranteed money to the community.
All of our visitors are guests who must be provided safe and secure holidays in our town.
Like I said "silly me"!

Isn't this what Thai people do when their life has been threatened?

How much can this Virus spread while Immigration has potentially contaminated people standing next to each other in lines for 2 hours+ to clear immigration and customs?

What kind of "plan" do real gold shop robbers use?

But did the people being fined learn anything?
Or is the fine so small (affordable) that they just pay it and continue business as usual? A fine is supposed to be a deterrent, not based on what is affordable!

As I recall there must be 3 or 4 drainage pipes under Walking Street already.
Seems the city was installing or repairing drainage pipes under Walking Street every 3 or 4 years for awhile, before it had a brick work surface installed. (The pipe sections were not connected properly and kept filling with sand.) There was a Naris Art Gallery on Walking Street at the time and a fella named Naris was president of the Walking Street group for awhile.

To Thai Visa: wouldn't mind some background information on this Pattaya Watchdog group in this story. First I ever heard of them and the Facebook page is all in Thai language.

The beer bars will all have to close.
