If you have a Non O visa then go into a bank and ask what they require to open a bank account. That is the only sure way of finding out. People will offer advice , but going in person is the only sure way of finding out. So yes it is as you said the Kor Ror 3 Marriage certificate which you receive on the day of your marriage that is needed for an application. ATM card renewel and the annual fee are not thes same thing. My annual fee is deducted in June or July. My card expired end of January. I will have to pay my annual fee as usualmin June or July.

No letter of invitation is asked for. I entered I would be staying at our privately owned house and no proof was asked for, only the address.
