I moved here in January and bought a 20ft container of furniture clothes etc etc
We've now decided to move back to the UK and use our house here as a holiday home.
So we're taking about 6 Cubic metres of personal effects etc back with us (Everything we're taking back is stuff we bought with us from the UK)
I've arranged a shipper to do a part load and that's all ok.
However, I've now been told I need a C3 form ???
Any ideas what a C3 form is ?
Thanks

Thanks Guys,
Correct, when I purchased the vehicle our intentions were to be here long term - I won't bore you with the details.
Based on what I'm reading it appears that selling here in Thailand is the best option.
That leads me to the next questions:-
What price do I put on it ?
Do I advertise on here or Bahtsold?
Do I put in Auction in Bangkok ?
Thanks again for the advice - Really appreciated.

Continued.....
Hi Guys,
I purchased a new Nissan Navara NP300 Auto Double Cab from the Nissan dealership in Pattaya - I'm very pleased with the vehicle.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I'm returning to the UK ad am thinking of taking the vehicle back to the UK.
I realise there will be various costs but if I sell it here I'm guessing I'll take a big loss hence I'm considering this option.
Any ideas on who can ship it to the UK ?
I paid 816,000 Bahts and it's got 4500kms on the clock.
Any idea what I would get for it if I sold it here ?
I'm trying to decide which is my best option.
Thanks

Thanks for the info........
It's my sons iphone6 which was purchased in the UK but he dropped it and broke the screen....
I just thought that it may be cheaper to get it repaired here ?
However, he knows it's about £80 in the UK so he may as well wait until he returns back to the UK in 2 weeks....
I just thought he may get a bargain repair here but apparently not
Thanks anyway

I purchased a new vehicle from a Nissan dealership in Pattaya.
Everything has been fine.
I've now been told that the White plates are ready and I need to get letter from immigration ?
Can anyone advise whether this is something the dealership should do or if I have to do it myself what do document do I need from immigration ?
Thanks

Thanks guys - Yeah he forgot to go and get an IDP from a post office in the UK.
I've also checked with a friend who owns a car hire company and he also said a UK licence is ok for temporary/holiday use.
Cheers

Hi,
I have a Thai license and have purchased a new Nissan which came with Full Insurance.
My question:-
My 24 year old son is here on holiday for a few weeks, he has a Full UK licence (Hasn't got an International Driving Permit)
Can he drive my car whilst he is here on his UK licence.
I've heard lots of conflicting opinions so if anyone can clarify the position I would be grateful.
Thanks

Thanks for the info.......
Ideally they don't want to leave the Airport so the 'box hotel' on site may be an option.
I've looked on the website but can't find it ???
Thx

I assume the 'Clinics' are what I think they are - Have a Green cross similar to a Pharmacy - Because I've been on this medication for a long time and the initial diagnosis was correct I'm only looking for a repeat of the same medication, so hopefully one of these Clinics may suffice...
-
Thanks for the info.......
Yes, I've checked with several pharmacies and they do stock the product but prescription only.
Was wondering if the small clinics you see can issue prescriptions also are there any Doctors you can visit other than those based at the Hospital ??

Hi,
I'm on regular medication which is only available on prescription.
When I moved here from the UK I bought a good supply with me, however, I'm now running low so will need a prescription.
I've bought a letter from my UK GP advising what medication I'm on etc., Any idea where I should go to get a repeat prescription?
I live in Huay Yai but will obviously go into Pattaya if necessary.
Thanks,
H.

Pensit and Laws, Soi 11 Beach Road, Jomtien
This is satellite of their Bangkok office.
The office manager, Mr Melvin speaks several languages.
They are meticulous and you get a fair price.
As you can see I can't speak highly enough of them.
Good Luck.
