Last time I did that... el capitan lost the dinghy on the first day. Who knows who indulged in the half dozen wines, cheese and avocado I took on board.... but it wasn't me. I jumped ship and drank crappy Aussie beer for the rest of the trip!

yep they are as real as vampires and alien abductions my friend,meanwhile one of my girlfriends still would not go within 100metres of the beach at night.she was so afraid she would start crying if i tried to make her,poor thing.

11 days,although 3 days will be on a boat out to the similians,innit.

just got back from lanta ,food great and the beach bar scene is fun try either easy bar or mooks place on klong dao

or try the mermaid ,just inland from the big circle. not thai but great for a huge late breakfast.

On a plea of guilty there is no trial needed...just a hearing to present the state case, take the pleas and arrange a date for sentencing.

The use of the word "trial" in the Thai reports should not be taken in the same context as we would normally use it.

they don,t call it trial but pre-sentancing then sentencing(gonna be on wednesday)

The "Bus Stop" bar about 250 metres up Sukhumvit soi Nana from Nana Plaza does really good fish and chips. They are the best I have had over in Thailand.

The one on Soi 23 is next to the Offshore bar.

The Silver Dollar and a couple of others in Washington Square off Suk 22 do fish and chips as well.

Yeah, the Queen Victoria in Chiang Mai (newly opened) is also excellent. Looks like they're onto a winner there - is there one opening in Bangkok too?

I think it's one way they keep the price of the airfair down, it costs them money to transfer your luggage.

I have not seen beer for sale on air asia flights out of Bangkok, the menu card has some sandwiches listed but these are not available on all routes i.e. not out of Bangkok (anywhere?) , so I would rely on a choice of two pot noodles tea, coffee and soft drinks.

Agreed no beer on Airasia flights................there are Mama noodles (Tom Yam Kung) and Jok (Rice Porridge) also Tuna sandwiches , Pringles, Kit Kats and drinks coke etc also tea and milo....and water.

Take note noodles are only served on hour plus flights.

As others have said your officially not allowed to take food/drink on board although people do.

what food is avaliable on their flights,is it just pot noodles as on the web site ,and con you buy beer.is it better to stock up from a shop in the airport?
