sharks fin soup is an abomination and should be banned worldwide.

this is because the market for it causes 1,000,000 sharks a year to be caught in long lines or tangle nets where their fins are hacked off. in the main the rest of the shark is then thrown back into the sea to sink to the bottom and die.

maybe action would be taken if it was cuddly dolphin fin soup.think of the uproar that would cause.

i cooked a goose yesterday ,12lb.

prick it all over with a fork and rub salt into the skin,do not add any extra oil or fat to it . roasted for 3 hours at about 180 c .

the skin was like as crispy as a peking duck,the meat good and the fat drained off from the tray(3 times) made the best best roast tatties ever!

same thing happens on the beach at night in patong,its virtually a no go area because of the tw**s.also around c&n hotel and soi sansabai at closing time.take a tuk tuk don,t stroll home mao it may cost 100 bht but you could lose a lot more.

went last week from phuket on one of the tourity dayboats,1600 bht a person. we caught 28 skipjack tuna up to 4 kg and 1 dorado of about 3kg.this is a normal day on the cheap boats.a boat that is top notch like wahoo for instance could probably get you better quality catches but you pays yer money and......................
