So here is an update on Testosterone therapy after 2 years. Maybe some will find it useful.

Natural methods of boosting Test are all well and good as is healthy eating but Testosterone injections combined with hard work (that you will feel positive about doing) produce incredibly good results even at age 60+

Regime:

250mcg/1 ml of testosterone enanthate/cyprionate/mixed once per week. (You may want to take less but this amount suits me)

Training regime varies in frequency depending on time but high intensity free weights are my thing with a bit of aerobic thrown in

Where to buy

Bayer Enanthate is sold at some shops around Nana and Silom (ask me for details) Black Dragon Test is sold around Nana soi 3 area (again, ask for details) The Thai, Black Dragon is better and cheaper as it is not suspended in such viscous liquid so is easier to inject than Bayer. It's 1,000 baht for 10 mls whereas the Bayer is closer to 1400/1600 baht. Black Dragon comes in 1 bottle so you can simply draw off what you need without having to break individual ampules open. 

Medical advice

Generally doctors do not know an awful lot about the subject so one has to learn oneself and guide the doctor

Dr Pimook at BNH will give regular blood tests and they will email the results. Cost about 3200 baht and you should do it every 3 months or so.

Why blood tests?

The level of testosterone will be much higher than the standard measure but this is less important than the estradiol level. Testosterone when in abundance can (in some people) convert to female hormone-estradiol. All men need some of this but the conversion process called aromatisation creates higher levels that are not useful or desirable. It is easy to combat this process and prevent aromatisation by taking a medicine called Arimidex ( 1 tablet up to once a day but maybe only 3 times a week) 

This is why you need blood tests, it is a balancing act at first until you nail down exactly the right amount of Arimidex to take. (Its an expensive drug costing 7000 baht for 28 tabs. There is a Thai version that is as good for 1500 baht for 28 tabs) 

In the first few months it is a case of trial and error to balance your estradiol and keep it in a suitable range between 10 -60 pg/ml. The blood test will show this and you can adjust if necessary. Of course, you may not need to take Arimidex at all.

Results

The best aspect is the renewed desire and enthusiasm to exercise, it's a real kick up the arse. 

Working hard in the gym produces spectacular results 

You will look much better and feel better

BUT if you don't train you will just get fat so it's not a wonder drug, its a starter pack to a better life.

I believe Thailand is the number one country for gun deaths.

If you frequent red light areas looking for snatch and mistakenly choose a ladyboy, that's your look out. Only if she did not tell you and tries to gain money on false pretences is she "pretending".

(A) insisting ladyboys are pretending? Do you know any? None that I have met are trying to fool anyone. They are men who live their lives as women and are often better at it than genetic women! They do not pretend except rarely.

It's not a matter of choice, it's who they are. Just as you are a bigot, so they are ladyboys. You can hide it and so can they . . . .but should either of you have to hide your true selves?

Several issues are being conflated here.

While I agree that gender is generally immutable and does not change simply because one wants it to be so I also have deep sympathy with this ladyboy. Here's why.

In the west we are constantly hearing news about whiny feminists, trans people and social justice warriors complaining that they want to be known by weird made-up pronouns or other negligible imputations against their feelings.

Meanwhile here in Thailand, ladyboys do not complain endlessly or attempt to force acceptance on others. They generally just get on with their lives so all credit to them.

An employer under Thai Labour law does not have the option of discriminating against someone based on age, gender or ethnicity. It's really as simple as that. No ifs, no buts . . .

Ladyboys, supposing they have the necessary experience and/or credentials for the job are capable of performing that job. The nonsense about them being more likely to flirt etc is just that; nonsense. There may be individuals of all genders who are less likely to be professional, but that's it!

Be glad you live in Thailand where you can at least voice your concerns over political correctness and transgender people. In the west you posters who "discriminate" would probably be getting tracked by your ISP as we speak, only to be sacked from your jobs later.

Find a credible candidate who can do this. Hilary lost because she and her husband are perhaps the most despicably corrupt public figures in recent years. Everybody knows this is true, the evidence is plain to see from oversight committees that sacked her years ago, to Whitewater and the biggest arms deal in recorded history to Saudi and Qatar (used to arm ISIS) the list goes on.

Trump is certainly an 'unusual' president and his tweets demonstrate an unchallenged ego at times but he is not a warmonger despite his rhetoric and in fact sought to broker harmony with Russia until congress and opposition stymied him (they have to many vested interests in arms trading)

Womens marches led by Palestinian sympathiser and Sharia law advocate Linda Sarsour seek to disrupt and distort what democracy and freedom actually mean. Trump's slowness to stop their game already suggests he is a little more circumspect than we are lead to believe by his own media output and that of the mainstream media at large. 

So far he has done little to enrage the liberal sensibility. Expecting immigrants to be legal is surely acceptable? He is opposed only by those with vested interests in keeping an underpaid, slave labour force available to pick the fruit and vegetables for the champagne socialist hypocrites in California.

Opposition to free and easy abortion? So are millions of women.

Of course there are groups of hookers whose real business is stealing and mugging from men who come into their hemisphere. Some are ladyboys some are girls. Ladyboy gangs are more visible and less subtle. 

The hate aimed at ladyboys addresses an issue akin to the BLM in the US. Do cops go out to arrest and kill more blacks just because they are racist OR do blacks commit more crime? 

It's interesting as well that little hate is aimed at gay people per say as that is now considered a sackable offence and designated hate speech but ladyboys and those who may favour them are routinely the targets of hate as if they fall outside the 'safe zone' and are easy prey for people to insult and ridicule. Personally, it seems to me, the more someone insults them the more they probably wished they could either be one or have sex with one? Otherwise, why bother to comment?

As far as men 'enjoying' ladyboys being gay, definitely not. Gay men enjoy masculine men who look and behave as men NOT those who look and behave like women. It does not even make sense to draw that conclusion.

So the Islamic terrorism pales into insignificance compared to a remark suggesting that one of the terrorists may be a hypocrite.

Shame they don't all disappear permanently.

Unfortunately, every country to which muslims migrate experiences problem once the migrant population reaches a certain point. It's simply a fact.

Often the problems are begun by extremist types who kill a few or more of the locals . . . . .sometimes as in the case of Europe they are allowed to continue their dissent and establish elements of their own laws/religious behaviours and in others like Burma the locals over react by expelling all of them.

I guess it depends on whether you BELIEVE there is institutionalised racism.  Another point of view is that violent crime, single parenthood and welfare contribute more or at least as much to the problems experienced in black advancement.

Statistics demonstrate that MORE black people are killed in gang confrontations over drug territories than are killed by white cops. There is no argument.

Logically, eradicating that kind of crime is the most vital action needed. 

Sadly, the Left are not logical and seem to cynically exploit black poverty and crime to blame republicans and garner the black vote.

Real change needs to happen not silly protests.

First of all, BLM are terrorists whose cause is to bring down the establishment.

The long held trope that black people are routinely shot by white officers in a patriarchal establishment redolent with systemic racism is false and statistics prove this.

More black men are killed by other black men often in gang related crime

More white people are shot by cops and although black people are overrepresented relative to their numbers in the population they are also overrepresented in criminal statistics. Not because they are picked on whist white criminals are allowed to roam free but because more cops are needed to police areas where most black crime takes place; ghettos like Compton.

Although I have absolutely no doubt that racism exists in the police force it is not systemic. Logically, if this were the case, the problem could be eradicated by employing only black cops in the areas where most black crime occurs but this is already the case in cities like Baltimore, Chicago etc where there is often a black police chief and mayor as well as black cops on the beat. 

Essentially, Kaepernick's cause is a false narrative.

Second, these athletes have the money, fame and opportunity to make their feelings known on network news, talk shows, anywhere they wish so they are not oppressed or unable to voice their opinions however faulty and one dimensional.

They chose to disrespect the one symbol that should bind a diverse country together and the men and women who died for their freedom from Communism, Fascism or Islamic terror. 

Protest by all means but don't spit on soldiers, sailors and airmen and women of all ethnicities who serve them.

She's cute and will be being groomed for her long prison stretch . . .no execution for her!

Invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity . . . . and don't be half-assed about it.
