Voyeurism is something that is global look at how shows like big brother in the UK took off watching people 24/7 stuck in a house for weeks ???? I'd rather watch paint drying.
But I must confess I am a people watcher sitting having a coffee or beer and watch the world go bye

Sounds reasonable that states should plan for their own disasters.
I'm pretty sure that he wasn't the only one that voted like that on the tax thing, so why pick on him specifically. Is he a socialist? If not then so what?
Next.
I'm simply pointing out when it suits him he is not so worried about debt .let other states suffer I'm not helping they should have set money aside then his state has disaster gimme gimme no mention of set aside money be consistent then I may not agree with him but certainly could not accuse him of double standards

Is Europe the only place in the world that I should care about? How about Burma, how about Tibet, how about certain areas in China, North Korea etc etc etc. The list of countries in peril is endless, yet I'm supposed to be concerned about European countries further away than Burma?
I can't care about every country in strife, so I care about the ones that affect me, and eastern European countries are for those living in that part of the world, not me.
Europe has been fighting since humans lived there, so this is just another in an endless battle.
What I am concerned about is that NATO pushes too hard and it turns into WW3 which certainly would affect me.
I'm not sure what you should care about that's up to you and your conscious.
From a purely selfish point Russia Ukraine has financially affected every country in the world with oil and food prices reaching very high levels.
Us is self sufficient in both but that did not matter with the oil companies selling to a global market.
Sadly we forget about many injustices across the world but you saying you don't care will not stop Russia affecting every country across the globe see how thai people find it difficult to pay for a gas bottle

Yes you must applaud his consistency with voting against aid for any state requiring help after any disaster saying they should have put money aside for such things ah well that was until his state needed help you got to love this hawk. Remind us all again how he voted with donny tax cuts for the rich ? I'm sure it was supposed to bring in extra not balloon the deficit. How did it work out ?

The chances of him invading a NATO country would be infinitesimal IMO, and as for the rest, I don't lose any sleep worrying about them.
I grew up while the Soviet Union existed and the west survived and prospered.
As far as your age re soviet Union era I doubt we have many youngsters on this platform so it applies to virtually all of us .regards neighbouring countries bordering Russia Finland comes to mind who were not in nato there may be others I for 1 do not agree we should not care who Russia wants to invade perhaps if you was born in different part of the world you would think differently. After conflict started most of realised how much Europe depended on Russia for energy then how much we needed Ukraine for food grains and cooking oil give all this power to Putin I'm sure he would not abuse all this power he had now got?

I do think that the Western money being given to Ukraine could be better spent at home, rather than giving the money to Ukraine and its a squabble between Russia and Ukraine and I don't think that Putin is going to move on to other Countries after Ukraine
Ah well you don't think putin if no pushback from the West will move on to other countries that will be a great comfort to neighbouring countries you should have said earlier

I dare say all the Republicans who want to stop all aid to everywhere outside of America will have no problem stopping aid to isreal? After all what does it matter what happens outside of the USA?

Forgive me I have not read 43 pages of our esteemed members so I may be repeating someone's post.
I think if thai government wants to collect tax every single person in any government job civil service police army ect fill in form with assets and 5 years or 20 years down the line when this person has plenty oh yes you paid tax on all your accumulated wealth so nothing dodgy here unless a good friend lent you some watches then died surely even inheritance should be taxed

Perhaps people should watch Joe rogans interview with Bill Marr neither a fan of Joe Biden but as Bill Marr laid out the deficiency of trump you could at least in my eyes see Joe rogan take it in and see the Donald for what he is .
Let's be honest 99% of voters ( trump supporters) will tell you the great things he did in fox news hannity words .
Economy great ( much better under Biden) tax cuts ( to who?) Going to scrap Obama care with no plan to replace with what?
He was so jealous of Obama.
Let's be honest very very flawed system with corruption on both sides but I can not for the life of me figure out how the poorer Republican voters can vote for people who block minimum wage at $15 whilst government has to subsidise giant companies earning billions by food stamps to employees.

It is all part of an orchestrated efforts to portray Thaksin as a sick man in poor health to justify a pardon on a grounds of, "Oh, he's harmless sickly old man, no point in keeping him in jail now."
This happens even in "the developed west" years ago business man Ernest saunders developed alzheimer's after being jailed for insider trading ???? so released from jail on compassionate grounds only to recover seems if price is right even top judges can get it " wrong "

Trump has played the judicial system his whole life blocking normal people from justice whether it be contractors he stiffed or others he wronged.
Now he is claiming he is being silenced by being brought to court I thought you was able to stand up in court and state the truth oh yes sorry he is right

Far as can see there's 2 others running, Williamson and Kennedy. I know biden won;t debate, no upside.
You are quite right I did not know he had anyone in opposition.
Nevertheless all the Republican challengers will not openly criticise trump on virtually anything ???? so if they think he did a perfect job how can they do it better it's time they grew a pair of using your words you know what

Apart from Christie if they asked the rest of the Republican nominees " do you agree is Trump a cowardly no good self serving criminal " you would see more squirming than a worm on a hook.
If they can not stand up and say what's needed to be said step aside and let your hero go unchallenged
