Before waste your money going to a clinic try using this home remedy method see link below ... ( It worked for me wart fell off within 36 hours). just clean the area well before with hydrogen peroxide ....Hydrogen peroxide alone would kill the wart over time depending how large it is .
Another home remedy for the removal of warts is applying apple cider vinegar which is available at good supermarkets. Google for more details as it is very cheap and easy with no need to go to a clinic!

This really is the how long is a piece of string question. It comes down to where you want to live, what sort of place you want to live in, your age, your habits, your (if any) social life.....and so on.
As others have said, you CAN live on less than $500 per month but there will be challenges and things like keeping o top of your visa will eat right in to such a small amount.
Personally, I would need at least 80,000 baht a month which my guess is would be about average for Westerners in Bangkok. Some spend many multiples of that per month and may simply be unable or unwilling to live on less, while some live happily on less than 20,000 baht per month. We're all different.
The one thing I will say about those living on less than 20,000 baht per month is that there's not much fat there for contingencies such as health issues, visas, desire to purchase new toys (laptop needs replacing etc.).

I have been with my wife now for over 10 years We fight That is normal And during the heat of the fight she says some nasty stuff as I do
We threaten to leave each other She says she will move to her sisters and I say I will leave her
Then the next day its very normal
This is called marriage
I like peace and quiet and avoid dramas and nastiness. No way could I be happy with the home life you have described. To me, this is not marriage but a relationship overdue for divorce.

Sadly you might be correct. He will almost immediately be granted bail and the case will just 'disappear' in the system.
Just because there mightn't be any more in the English language press about it doesn't mean nothing will come of it. He will go through the courts and be sentenced to a lengthy jail term.

What a load of jealous nonsense.
Maybe the OP makes / made a lot of money? Maybe the OP received a large inheritance? Maybe the OP invested wisely? Whatever the case, if the OP has the money to buy a Porsche Cayman, all power to him!

The advertisers who pay money for exposure need to get on to ThaiVisa about this because unlike regular users of the forum, they do have some clout to get things done. I can't shake the feeling that when George was in charge of ThaiVisa he would have communicated better with users about what is going on and explained things in a way that may have helped users understand what the problem was and what the timeframe was for it to be fixed. The way things are now is an advertisement for how NOT to treat your users.

Why does the forum publish thus guy's stuff? There are plenty of bloggers out there with much more insightthan this guy. And why does he always have to include "I worked in the UK for some big-name company...." all the time? That is even more nauseating than his shallow commentaries. ThaiVisa, these posts are beyond boring!

Police or any other authorities cannot just walk into banks and look into accounts without court orders, and Courts will not bother for language school teachers or spurned lovers. Too much hassle for nothing.
But that's just my opinion.
That's not how it works. The Tax Department gets tipped off about someone not paying tax. They send a letter and request that person visit them at the Tax Department. Fail to turn up and they can pursue an investigation in which they can check the activity in any bank account in Thailand. Depending on what they find, who knows what could happen. Odds of it happening are not great, but it's tip-offs that lead to this sort of thing - and these tip-offs often come from relationships gone bad, be they work, personal or whatever.

Unless they are some high profile cases like Alexandre Cazes (the Alpha Bay founder that apparently killed himself in a Thai jail after being arrested upon FBI request) or similar, or local Thai politicians from the opposition, nobody will be looking into any bank account.
It would not help because nobody would bother.
Certainly, no-one is going to take a random look at someone's account. The worry is when people get pissed off, like the language school pissed off that their teacher left without giving notice to work at another school, or the spurned lover, or something like that.

Many long-stay foreigners in Thailand on visas other than a work permit + visa extension have a Thai bank account. If for any reason the Tax Department took a look at their bank account they might have a few questions to answer if the record of transactions suggested they may be working.
Many, many years ago, a friend of mine was teaching without a work permit and was paid in his local bank account. He would close the account each year and open a new one with a new bank branch. He thought that might help avoid Tax Department problems.

I guess we are in the wrong then for assuming a brand new car from a reputable dealer should be in A1 condition.
I am with you on this. It is completely fair and reasonable to expect a brand new car bought from a dealer to be in BRAND NEW CONDITION. You should not have to inspect a brand new car and it absolutely fair and reasonable to expect it to be perfect!

The key words being "high doses". Many foods that are good for you become bad for you if you consume too much of them. Eat enough brocolli and hell, it might be bad for you too. No-one was condoning glugging down half a litre of apple cider vinegar a day.
I don't know why you are such a disbeliever in apple cider vinegar. I have nothing to gain by recommending apple cider vinegar and given the extremely low price, even if it isn't effective it's not like anyone who follows a recommendation for it will be much out of pocket.

Most owners find tenants thru an agent, the agent gets one months rent as commission, if the tenant leaves after 2 months the owner has lost out big time.
So the owner would simply have to convert to a pro rata commission payment system where they pay 1/12 of the commission payable each month. Clumsy, but not unworkable.

ACV is mostly a con.
Do you really believe that? Have you tried apple cider vinegar? I have not tried it on acne as my acne period was decades ago (and I had no idea about apple cider vinegar back then) but let me tell you that it does work on warts. Clears them up in no time and they don't come back. There are A LOT of people who swear by the benefits of apple cider vinegar - and with my 500 ml bottle costing less than $5, it's not like you're going to go broke buying it.

6.google apple cider vinegar.pimples .
Dab apple cider directly on pimples and leave overnight.
Once a week put one cap of apple cider with warm water and drink.
This cures pimples, but also cleared my cracked heals and tinea between the toes that I could not get rid of.
It should be apple cider, mother organic.
I endorse this. Apple Cider Vinegar is the way to go - check out the international supermarkets for raw, organic apple cider vinegar. This is a natural way to go without chemicals. Do as the poster above suggests and Google acne and apple cider vinegar and I am convinced you'll give it a go!

Most countries also require you to pay the costs associated with being deported after your blacklisted time before you can ever re-enter.
No, it does NOT trigger a blacklisting. Plenty of people have been deported and were back in Thailand the next day LEGALLY. It might not sound logical, but this is hardly uncommon. Oh, and a hint: If you're going to dispute advice given by anyone in the visa section, UbonJoe is probably the last person you should disbelieve. What that guy doesn't know about Thai visa law ain't worth knowing!

YES , YES , New Zealand is lovely !!!
I moved to New Zealand (originally from Sydney) and life is great here. The one downside is that it's a long way from anywhere. Sydney is not so far away New Zealand, but feels so much better connected to the word. That said, New Zealand still has charm whereas Sydney's has all but eroded.

It's simple. The PERCEPTION among many Thais in the tourism business is that there is more money to be made from the Chinese than there is from Westerners, be that now, in the future or both. As such, many businesses are gearing up to or already service the Chinese visitor market. Thais are pragmatists and will go where the money is. If Nigeria suddenly discovers a new compound that prolongs life and allows the average person to live to 150 and subsequently becomes the wealthiest country on the planet by selling this compound, the Thais would become very friendly and welcoming towards Nigerians. Many Thais in the tourism industry simply service the sector of the market which, rightly or wrongly, they think they will make the most money from. And for many, that means looking after the Chinese.

The stamp simply says that you were fined 2,000 baht for working when you did not have permission for it and you were deported on Septmeber 16th. There is nothing there that says you are blacklisted or cannot return.
My guess - and it is only that, a guess - is that you probably can return to Thailand, no problem.
The usual advice posted on this forum would seem wise in this case - come back with a new passport without that stamp in it. Yes, Immigration will still have records in their computer but still a fresh passport looks better to the officer processing you than a stamp which says you were deported. Oh, and to be safe, come back with a visa in your passport rather than looking to enter on a visa waiver.

If I was a multimillionaire I would live in New York. I have always liked the place. OK, the people aren't the friendliest, but the city has so much going for it, so much to see, so much to do, magnificent variety of eateries etc. But I could never afford it for more than a holiday, sadly!

Ken is a throwback to the Thailand of old. He came to Thailand and retired rather too early and then attempted to scratch a living through all the tried and tested means - English teaching, Thailand book authoring, Thailand website expert etc. He is brighter than the average, but not a genius. He knows more about Thailand than most expats, but not as much as he thinks he knows. I haven’t seen or communicated with Ken in years, but he never seemed to think any of his schemes would come back to bite him. With the news of his arrest, this time Ken has been proven wrong.

I think i read somewhere the leases of the bars in Nana are owned by the UK boiler room mafia as a way to straighten their money. I wont knowing go into one to help them, as i know two people personally that got ripped off by them.
IMHO just about everywhere was better in the 90's but of course I was a lot younger in my 30's
Issan pop is the new music scourge in gogo's, its like Sonkgran all the year round. Its not just Thai owners, plenty Farang owned places play the worst music.
Down Pattaya way its hard to get a seat in the small but very successful "Mod" Scooter bars. Purely because of the music.
Plug for Sweethearts gogo on Walking Street, stuck with good rock music for years, and do very well with it
Googling the phrases Nana Plaza and boiler rooms comes up with a lot of background about this and it's very convincing. A journalist who covered farang affairs for years has written about this at length but I understand it's not allowed to link to his website.

SURVEY: Do you agree with the crackdown on illegals?

I'd like to see a really diligent effort made to weed out all of the Caucasian trouble-makers, criminals on the run, overstayers etc in Thailand. The impression one gets from the recent articles is that the police are targeting the low-hanging fruit which makes me wonder how serious they really are and whether it's all part of an ongoing dog and pony show.
