Yes, absolutely. 90% of those bad Russians and Ukrainians in Thailand are staying on purchased ED visas (mostly from Phuket language schools). There were numerous crackdowns over the past 10 years, but mafia is difficult to eradicate. Especially in Thailand. -

Actually, Ya Dong is a good stuff. But it is as safe as the quality of Lao Khao distilled spirit used for its production. The safest one in terms of dangerous Methyl alcohol content is produced from molasses. Also very important to separate the heads and tails properly on distillation. -

It has been introduced this year. The same as European Union IOSS system. But EU VAT is about 20% on the average, while Thailand VAT is only 7%. Nothing to worry about. I never buy from iHerb. The prices are inflated. And this is just Multi Level Marketing, I hate.
