Just stating something is a fact doesn't make it true. Only 3 of the top eight would fit your statement and not even the top one at that.

Richest countries in the world per capita.
    United Arab Emirates ($68,250) ...
    Kuwait ($69,670) ...
    Norway ($70,590) ...
    Ireland ($72,630) ...
    Brunei ($76,740) ...
    Singapore ($90,530) ...
    Luxembourg ($109,190) ...
    Qatar ($124,930)

    And their immigration policies are.....?

  2. What made and makes America great is that being American isn't defined by a single ethnic or racial identity as is the case almost everywhere else in the world. This allows for better cultural assimilation and economic efficiency because its human resources are used more efficiently. It's outrageous that Trump and his supporters think they have the right to define what it means to be an American based on racial identity.

Making comparisons to Hitler and the Third Reich is verboten in some quarters, but there are parallels here to how the National Socialists tried to redefine what it meant to be German and who was welcome in Germany based on an Aryan heritage. Is what Trump AND his supporters/enablers doing any different???
    LMAO.

Trump didnt define anything by race.

Fact is Africa is a shit hole.

Countries like SA and Rhodesia once prospered but now the evil colonists arent in control, they are in terminal decline.

People from these shit holes want to escape. Of course they do. It's not the answer though. The West cannot take them all in.

The answer is to weed out their corrupt leaders and build their economies. The best and brightest of their nations are needed where they are, not brain drained to the West..

They need to develop as nations, not jump the sinking shit.

And of course his election had nothing to do with racism:

Racism motivated Trump voters more than authoritarianism

"Finally, the statistical tool of regression can tease apart which had more influence on the 2016 vote: authoritarianism or symbolic racism, after controlling for education, race, ideology, and age. Moving from the 50th to the 75th percentile in the authoritarian scale made someone about 3 percent more likely to vote for Trump. The same jump on the SRS scale made someone 20 percent more likely to vote for Trump."

I remember Washingtom Posts stats on who would win the election too.

Bottom line is if people keep churning out stuff like this - calling half of the population of the US racists, it'll piss them off enough to vote for Trump again. In fact, I predict that Trump will actively play on this next time.

Hey! Ronald Regan was an ok President, and only was an actor in his earlier years, so why wouldn't Oprah be a good  President?  She is intelligent, smart, and has not had all those previous bankruptsies that the Donald has had, plus I have never heard Oprah once say she is a genius.

    Geezer

Ronald Reagan was governor of California before becoming president & prior to that had been on many political committees.

He was not just an actor in his early years. He had experience.

You people are absolutely delusional if you believe being president is a job for a newcomer.

    The woman is qualified  to be President because;

    - She is  educated, both formally and  through life and work experience.

    - She is an accomplished and successful business entrepreneur who accomplished it all without screwing people over or declaring convenient bankruptcies cheating people.

    - She is free of scandal or allegations of  deceit or dishonesty.

    - She has set up and run a charitable foundation that has delivered  effective eduicational opportunities to the poor and disadvantaged  in the USA and elsewhere.

She is smart, a brilliant communicator, empathetic, acceptable to middle of the road democrats and republicans and a consensus builder not a divider.

I don't like her, but she is as qualified as any of the presidential candidates who have run over the past 50 years.

She has zero experience. This is not an entry level position.

Racial equality in Britain in 2018: white people snuggled up together on the left...the black female a discreet distance apart on the right. Theresa May looks like she is wondering if she ought to be over on the right in the women's section.

What on earth are you talking about?

You have white, asian, white, white, black then a space and the black girl.

I know SJWs like to play the race card - but your assertion is beyond ludicrous. Just more evidence of the sort of knee-jerk calls of racism used by those on the left.

50% ethnic is way above the percentage of ethnic population in the UK.

  7. Oprah would be a terrible president.

If she runs in 2020 - it'll secure Trumps second term.

Is this the best and brightest that the US has to offer? Clinton, Trump, Oprah?

I think this is the end of democracy as we know it. Oprah is in no way qualified to be the leader of the free world. It's just the flip side of the Trump coin.

President is NOT an entry-level position.

  8. Yes I do! I spent years on this forum as poster chiang mai arguing that GBP/THB would see sub 42, that at a time when it was 60 then 50, I've been around the block more times than I care to recall on the subject of Thailand/economics.exchange rates.
And a stopped clock is right twice a day.

Here's mine. GBPTHB will be 40 and 50 one day - just not the same day.

Of course I dont know when, just that its likely we'll hit both at some point.

Not really much skill in that is there?

  9. The Ross Ice Shelf, in Antarctica, is larger than California.  It sits on water, not on on land.  If/when that underlying water increases in temp, ice melts.  There are other very large ice shelves there.   Higher sea levels cometh, ....liketh or believeth, or not.
If ice is fliating on water and it melts, it will not have any impact on sea levels.

you said 'drug dealer'.  that means someone or some entity which deals drugs.  even Seagrams execs admit booze is a drug.  Same with Bayer execs would admit the drugs they peddle are drugs.

Accordingly, you're saying all booze dealers and pharma drug dealers are scum of the earth.  I tend to agree with you.  Happy now?

the difference between a pot dealer and an exec at Johnny Walker is;  the pot dealer's wares don't cause harm, whereas Johnny Walker's product contributes to car wrecks and wife beatings.

Your produced and manufactured recreational drugs.

    Don't try to justify it.

As for pot not doing harm - that's a myth. There's plenty of road deaths caused by pot users. There's plenty of negative effects.

You didn't even do it yourself - showing you full well know this. Hey - but if it lines your pockets, eh?

  11. I have issues with some of the things that you say, but I'll let them pass as would be a can of worms.
    However,
Girls work in up country karaoke places from 13 up. It's not that frowned upon.
That would be in Thai establishments, catering to Thais, yes?
I doubt farangs are queuing up to visit up country karaoke places.
    Yes Thai karaoke bars.

Many of the young prettier girls that show aptitude there get packed off to Pattaya. Everyone makes more money that way.

  12. I've never seen it. Can you prove your statement?

How would you know? Thai girls are naturally very small. It's not easy to spot. But I am not naming specific areas/bars.

If you ever b/f a girl and she insists on a specific st hotel and squirms out of going to yours - its likely she's underrage.

I am on very good terms with Thai management at a number of establishments in Patts and BKK

Even western owned bars have them. The mama san is in charge of checking age/hiv status and neither are rigorously enforced.

One very popular western owned bar that closed its doors abt 8 years ago had a 16 year old hiv+ girl there. She was the most popular one there.. partly because she did unprotected A.

The Aussie/US owners had no clue at all.

  13. That's odd, I thought they would all be in Cambodia. Look at some of the 1000's of Pattaya nightlife vlogs, if you can bear the mindless boredom, and inane commentaries, and you will be hard pressed to  spot a working girl under the age of 25, or under the weight of 60. It must be a safety in numbers thing. I guess the cheap food, and the chance to endlessly swill beer while watching the 'footy' appeals to all types.
Sadly, even today the bars still employ girls as young as 14.

  14. What's your definition of a drug dealer?
Here's mine:  anyone, any entity dealing drugs.

    That would include pharma, .....

Gilead Sciences. Revenue: $24.474 billion. ...
    Bayer. Revenue: $25.47 billion. ...
    AstraZeneca. Revenue: $26.095 billion. ...
    GlaxoSmithKline. Revenue: $37.96 billion. ...
    Merck. Revenue: $42.237 billion. ...
    Sanofi. Revenue: $43.07 billion. ...
    Pfizer. Revenue: $49.605 billion. ...
    Roche. Revenue: $49.86 billion.

.....and alcoholic drink dealers (numbers are billions. From 2013). Look at #14:

    1. Anheuser-Busch / Leuven, Belgium/New York, N.Y. – $39,046.1
    2. SABMiller plc / London, U.K. – $28,249.2
    3. Heineken / Amsterdam, The Netherlands – $22,171.7
    4. Kirin Holdings / Tokyo, Japan – $16,897.3
    5. Diageo / London, U.K. – $16,630.6
    6. Asahi Group Holdings Ltd. / Toko, Japan – $11,773.3
    7. Carlsberg / Copenhagen, Denmark – $11,069.6
    8. Pernod Ricard / Paris, France – $10,402.3
    9. Southern Wine and Spirits / Miami, FL, USA – $9,000.0
    10. Grupo Modelo  / Mexico City, Mexico – $7,100.0
    11. Suntory Holdings Limited / Tokyo, Japan – $6,808.6 /
    12. Moet Hennessy-Louis Vuitton / Paris, France – $4,563.1
    13. Republic National Distributing Co. / Houston, Texas – $4,500.0
    14.Thaibev / Thailand – $3,921.5

Note: Alcohol and Pharma drugs, individually, each kill more than all illegal drugs combined.

It's plain to see, from the trillions of dollars of revenue annually that alcohol and pharma suck in, that neither want to see pot gaining a place at their table.
Drug dealer - someone that sells illicit drugs.

You know full well what it is.

Scum of the earth all of them.

  15. I've written several published letters to Bkk's major Eng.lang dailies - on this topic.  I also mention hemp, but that confuses the average somchai.

As for California - I grew pot a rural area (Nevada County) for 25 yrs.  Pot was illegal, and I got busted - and I don't even smoke the stuff. When caught, I had to convince the cops that I was a smoker, so they'd go light on my penalty.  In other words, if they believed I was a smoker, then my plants would appear to be for me personally.  If not, then it would appear the plants were for sale.    I remember, while in the police station, the cops saying, "we searched his trailer and we didn't find any pot-smoking paraphanalia."   and I piped up (pun intended) and said loudly, "wait, did you look under the sofa cushion?  I've got a corn-cob pipe there.  You can test it for residue.  I'm a smoker - all those plants you found, they're for my stash!"

The entire US, indeed, the whole world should be reasonable, and legalize pot.  Instead, most assh0les running law-enforcement ww will continue to toe the DEA's stupid policy of criminalizing recreational drugs (except alcohol) and everyone involved with them.  The DEA spend hundreds of millions of $$'s ww to push their harmful policies.

    Here's what criminalizing drugs does:

    >>>  makes criminal dealers rich
    >>>  ensures poor quality drugs on the street
    >>>  makes deadly drugs more available, like fentanyl.
    >>>  gets right-wingers elected
    >>>  ensures that alcohol (the most harmful drug) stays the only legal recreational drug.
thereby cementing the revenue train going to people involved in the trillion dollar alcohol biz.
    LMAO...

The holier than thou poster was a drug dealer!
