I agree with you totally, even those with prior motorcycle skills it's still not worth the risk. They may be confident but other roads users just don't give a rats about safety or etiquette.... This gentleman had insurance which is a god-send, but his life is forever changed... for what? Taking a motorcycle for a spin in Thailand...
