  1. I can remember the days when it was only "Kilroy"
  2. Correct... gold shops trying to coerce people into buying before it drops more.
  3. So it's a done deal, screw all those who will be affected.
  4. The biggest vote bribe of the century... without the funds to cover it... Go PTP
  5. Hopefully they can kick the can around until some foreign investors transfer funds for the "Land-bridge" project and then the government can rob that to pay for their vote bribe.
  6. Probably walk that back later in the second half of the year...
  7. The nation was robbed of it's true PM and party. Shame on the EC and Constitutional court
  8. Stumbling block, more like a brick wall... set-up to defend Prayut
  9. Rotten to the core, and I mean the core of Thailand.
  10. If Thailand wasn't so reliant on foreign manufacturing and the tourist industry maybe it would do better. Time Thailand got it's act together and developed more home grown industries for it's own independent control of GDP
  11. Dream a little dream of me.... such vision.
  12. He along with his party and the voters were all denied a victory. Thai justice stinks. They were deprived of their rightful win, he was booted out over a share ownership debacle. Then with the new government in place they reverse the decision saying he was never guilty. Thai justice.
  13. A very lackluster start to the government.. But I'm sure all the chosen MP's are benefiting form their positions.
  14. Not many in relation to those working the bars/streets/karaoke's
  15. So go to Pattaya and ask all the Katoeys if they would they rather be selling services on the street to feed themselves, or working in a nice air-conditioned office in a structure business.
  16. Without tourism half the population would be out of work... and millions of sex workers out of a job. Thailand has little to offer as employment to it's own people, they are largely left to fend for themselves. If it wasn't for the likes of CP, a handful of other large family enterprises and the auto trade Thailand would be dead.
