Every governor will have fingers in many pies, all giving kick-backs for favourable contracts. Every "Head-man" will also benefit from local contracts as did this evil man who thought he had become untouchable. Eradicate corruption in Thailand... never in a million years, it's foundations are built on corruption, take that away the country would collapse.

The whole thing about passenger weight/distribution in the aircraft is total BS Hold luggage is weighed and distributed to help the aircraft trim.. Passengers will still be able to sit where they like.. Unless they are weighed and told which seat to sit in.. which they are not doing.

I was eluding to your tax dollars being handed out overseas.... instead of being spent on infrastructure at home where it's obviously needed... They could also spend those billions on medical aid for those in need of hospital treatments, making it more affordable for most. or even a tax cut
