  1. Oh the joys of living in pattaya where's that sense of adventure gone, many motorbikes taxis out there not all drunk drivers.

Sense of adventure or death wish? :0

Nearly 9 years now and have used both bike and baht bus ok some can be a little white knuckle ride but where else could you get that sort of exhilaration for 20 baht lmao.

  2. Dear God! Can you make a post before the big Leo's?

Grammar and geography are obviously not one of your strengths.

Sorry teacher I didn't know I was at school you have the option to read or ignore Amen lol.

And the Trat I am located in is the southern part of Thailand you are obviously confused with the other Trat located east..

Now you see Cambodia I am 10 minutes or so drive away in south Thailand.

all those beers and cigs are messing with your brain. there is only one trat and it is in the south of eastern thailand. in southern thailand there is a Trang but no Trat.

You said it yourself SOUTH of eastern Thailand, now stop nit picking, and use positive comments ty.

  4. At least Thais have some experience with riding overloaded bikes and local traffic. I saw a falang jackass and his falang jackass wife with their 4 kids on a motorbike not long ago. The kids ranged from 3 to 6. Not one helmet among 6 passengers. A helmet would not have saved the parents from me if I had my way with them.

Now you mention incident here drunk farang 10 minutes ago crashed his motorbike into a thai rider neither parties wearing skid lids, helmets strapped to handlebars more or less to say I'm driving with a crash helmet legally.

  5. awaiting more insights and observations on your Thai Life.... How do you deal with Thai challenges..

LOL I'm deaf and blind as far as thai ways go but ok if theres anything out there to share you guys will be the first to share with naturally this offer doesn't include the wife, the ex well then feel free lol.

But will add that I am not doing anything until settled in new surroundings, then its hit the bars brawls and whatever else comes along, atm its so quiet I feel like I'm in church lol.

  6. Small dogs thais love to own so betting it a goner same as my white Persian with 1 blue/1 brown eye, so keep an eye on it if a thai pets it or takes a photo.

Anyway my friend I hope you get the little pooch back safe and sound.

  7. Came here before crimbo then went back pattaya, arrived again on the 1st and here's the thai way yesterday electrician says I fit your electric meter tomorrow for 5k if not you wait 2 weeks well darn ill wait.

Btw there is nothing relating to living the dream in Thailand as far as I can see lol.

  8. A day in my life at trat
Ok here in Trat now living with gf's son and common-law wife whilst awaiting renovations to house as in no squatting/hot water/aircon,
Well i awake son or wife goes 7 buys me burger or the like and 2 packs of cigs, money i not want pappa.
Late afternoon off 1 of em trots to 7 again low and behold 4 large leo again no money gad i love this place.
The best part is my condo in pattaya was cleared and redecorated again free so that i can get a income from same,so that will be 8 leos per day + extra cigs but ill die drunk or from smoke inhalation but i so lucky.

  9. Aren't we all clueless when arriving in Pattaya or for that matter if holidaying anywhere in the world, if you come for long time get used to it just like home really, we can all whine about they don't do enough but its the fruggin tourists themselves that makes it a bad sight, so don't blame the govt or any other agency.

  10. Well the towels work to a degree whilst giving refreshment which I would guess that a baby would not need so much as a adult but then there is an option to purchase a battery operated fan which can either be hand held or attached to the likes of a bouncer/pram, if in room then either aircon or fan can be utilized as well as using the occasional towel.
