And any of this surprises who? I would imagine the figures regarding licenses are way off. Do they mean of all people of riding age less than 50% have a license? That potentially would be more accurate are the 1000s (hundreds of thousands?) Of children riding motorbikes, samlaw, etc included in the stats?

It's not just the figures regarding licences that are way off. The junta deliberately fudges the figures for road deaths in general by only counting a dead body on the road as a road death! If you croak off on the way to the hospital or, as in Western civilisations, within one month as a result of injuries from that accident, those deaths are not counted!

Rubbish you have to pay the return shipping cost, you print out the return form, drop it off at a 7/11 job done, no payment required.

    Please stop posting incorrect information.

And what do you think will be the local 7/11 reaction when the OP lobs on their doorstep with the bloody washing machine he no longer wants/needs!? Please stop posting MISLEADING information.

"Beyond the 12-nautical-mile (22 km) limit, there is a further 12 nautical miles (22 km) from the territorial sea baseline limit, the contiguous zone, in which a state can continue to enforce laws in four specific areas: customs, taxation, immigration and pollution, if the infringement started within the state's territory or territorial waters, or if this infringement is about to occur within the state's territory or territorial waters.[10] This makes the contiguous zone a hot pursuit area."

That's the Convention that the US ignores at their own convenience and has not ratified but uses as an excuse to stir up the Chinese in the South China Sea.

"Among the most pressing issues awaiting the new government will be U.S. President Donald Trump's Middle East peace plan to end the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Trump's senior adviser Jared Kushner said on Wednesday it would be unveiled once the new Israeli government is in place and after the Muslim holiday of Ramadan, which ends in early June. The plan, Kushner said, would require compromise by all parties."

Two things really obvious here! Firstly, Trumps "peace plan" is only intended to give the zionists ALL of Palestine and will never end the Israeli occupation.

Secondly, as Kushner said, the plan would require compromise by all parties. But the zionists want they can steal ALL of Palestine and give the Palestinians nothing in return! Just like with every other farcical "peace plan", it is the Israelis who need to compromise!

  5.   " a U.S. think tank " Now there is a contradiction in terms! Why is it OK for the US to have nuclear weapons and process fissile material, sell nuclear information and expertise to Saudi Arabia, protect the Israeli nuclear program, continually threaten the world with nuclear destruction, but cry like babies because North Korea chooses to retain their nuclear capabilities as a deterrent to the US world dominance madness?! What North Korea does in its own country is entirely their business. It isn't as if they are instigating regime changes and coups all over the world like some!

  6. How do you suppose that fire fighting volunteer got lost in translation?! I suppose for somebody who obviously has never gotten off their posterior and done something to assist their community, you would be of that mistaken illusion. I had 34 years experience as a volunteer fire fighter along with thousands of others volunteers in Australia and I know that a similar thing happens here in Thailand. Shame on you!

Possibly making decisions which should have been made by elected politicians.   I have still to read where important new laws are debated, be they migration laws or traffic.

Where are these "elected politicians" you speak of? The country has NO ELECTED POLITICIANS, just junta appointed puppets from the military who were neither elected  nor are they politicians!

Wilaiwan Jongwilaikasaem, associate dean for academic affairs at Thammasat University’s Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, cited presidential elections in the United States where there are typically only two rivals and "they compete on policy. Candidates win or lose depending on what their parties have to offer"!

Can't be much of an academic if that's how she thinks it works in the States.  It's the farcical "electoral college" that decides who wins, subject to the direction of the zionist owners. The voters count for nothing!!
