If you visit Carribean, it's quite empty, but if you look at the building at night, there are many lights switched on.... ALL NIGHT ! Nice trick to pretend that this is not a ghost building :-)

These breakwater are exactly what Pattaya needs but it seems that nobody has enough brain at Pattaya to understand it.

Yes more friendly because they speak English and always expect something from foreigners. Just like girls there who could give their parents to have a chance to leave the country. I do not call this friendly but desperate !
