If my Thai wife dies and leaves me the house and land I understand that I have 1 year to sell the property. Is it possible to just sell the land to a Thai subject and lease it back for 30 years while keeping the house. If yes, how would the lease be valued?

One solution which I haven't heard has been considered is to split Greenland into approximately two equal parts West to East. American could be allowed by agreement to purchase the Northern half (American Arctic Territories) which would solve most of the security concerns and release funds to enable Greenland to develop the remaining half. The Greenlanders could then gain their desired independence with a protection agreement with Norway with more than enough territory for their present and future needs.

In Huahin a new KorRor2 can be obtained from the Labour Office on the 1st floor of Market Village mall next to KFC. I went alone yesterday and they only required a copy of my previous KorRor2 and my passport. No need for my wife to be present.
