Doctor recommendation lower back pain
Super helpful thanks @Sheryl 🙏 I would feel more comfortable to go to Bumrungrad as they have all my medical history, is there a chance you can guide me to a Doctor there? As you suggested I primarily want to get cleared for PT (and the insurance cover). There is no radiation of pain or tingling to the legs.

What happen to the insurance when selling the car
Just went to the dealer where I will buy the new car and will help me to sell the old one. They told me the buyer will make a new insurance and the existing one will be canceled, I would get the money back for the remaining insurance time.

MRI in Bangkok
True words here. Got a severe allergic reaction to the CT contrast, which I didn't know I have as it was my first CT scan. Luckly it was in a hospital and I got the appropriate care and emergency medications.

Just a small update regarding Bempedoic Acid (Nexletol). Looks like it got approved in Thailand. Can someone confirm the legitimacy of the source. https://pertento.fda.moph.go.th/FDA_SEARCH_DRUG/SEARCH_DRUG/pop-up_drug.aspx?Newcode_U=U1DR1C1012671501111C

SUV suitable for long distance Highway travel?
I didn't modify the suspension. I think its just me getting older. 😁 Having said that I think the Mazda 3 tend to be a bit stiffer and sportier than other cars in the same class

SUV suitable for long distance Highway travel?
Hello, I'm currently having a Mazda 3 and Im quiet satisfied with the car. But with me getting older I start to get back pain when sitting for longer periods of time. I start looking around and found the Ford Everest to be comfortable (it also has lumbar support). Since I never owned a SUV I don't know how the high suspension travel, high seating position and potential wobbling would be a factor on long distance highway travels. Let me know what you guys think.

Intolerant to statins looking for alternative drugs and doctor recommendations
Yes it was offered me as an option. The only point made was its very expensive and the insurance might not cover it.

Intolerant to statins looking for alternative drugs and doctor recommendations
Hello, I have high cholesterol and LDL Cholesterol levels. Health wise I have a chronic neurologic condition. Doctor said such high levels are genetically caused and could only be marginally reduced through exercise and weight loss. However I starting to exercise and lost 5kg so far. I got Vytorin (10/20) (Ezetimibe/Simvastatin) prescript. Which caused extensive nerve pain. We tried a stand alone statin Atorvastatin which caused the same side effects. I'm now in Ezetimibe + exercise and weight lost but my levels are still to high. Doctor said last options are PCSK9 Inhibitors but I hesitate as its a injection and I cant just stop it like tablets if I got side effects from it. I search for some alternatives and found new drugs like Bempedoic Acid (Nexletol) which I brought up at my latest consultation but to my surprise the Dr. never heard about it. Is there a doctor in Bangkok who is who is up to date on the latest medication to treat elevated cholesterol levels?

Finding 7 inch rims
Hello, I have a Mazda 3 with the OEM wheels 205/60 R16. I want to change it to the bigger OEM spec 215/45 R18x7. I have been to two dedicated rim shops and both told me that R18x7 doesn't exist in the rim after market, just R18x8 or R17x7.5 and I would need 225/45 for those rims. I want to stick to the OEM specs, can anybody point me to a shop (Bangkok & Pattaya area) or manufacture which provides R18x7 ? Thanks in advance.
