Thanks @Sherylfor the pointer! My neurologist suggested the differential diagnostic. He wanted to refer me to a "pain specialist" which can do the procedure. I like to get some research done beforehand as the referred doctor is sometimes hit and miss and afterwards I find out that there might be a better option.

The suspected diagnoses is "Pudendal neuralgia". A diagnosis step is the pudendal nerve block (a positive effect of anaesthetic infiltration of the pudendal nerve).
