  1. Please will someone clarify! Who is responsible For doing the TM30 the landlord/owner or tenant ! Because I have an owner of a property who says I have to take the documentation to immigration office ! Surely it’s the owner ! Yes?

  2. The problem is that immigration has been playing fast and loose with their responsibilities in recent times, to the extent it seems like they've almost gone rogue in some circumstances. In that regard I appreciate anyone who showcases this fact with genuine experiences. Made up stories don't do anyone any favours (and are usually exposed as such very quickly) but at the same time there's a plethora of apologists out there who'll willingly cast doubt on any account of events that casts the Thais in a bad light.

Yes ! The “Ive Never been scammed cheated abused and every Thai is good to me and my b*tch”

  3. Of all those millions of tourists that visit Thailand, how many read TVF?  Maybe less than 1%?  The problems readers of this forum have, concerning visa issues tourists don’t face, are unique and not typical vacationers issues.

What a crazy argument ! So the fact that others may, possibly or likely to have problems with immigration but aren’t on Thaivisa means that the only ones who do have issues are on TV!!... so funny

  4. How can I be expected to lighten up when I feel so neglected, I mean I've never been denied or even 'nearly denied' entry at either land or air ports. Not once have I been asked for any illicit payment at any of the scores of checkpoints that I've been stopped at or waved through; what's worse is that I usually get a smile returned as I'm waved through and only once has a policeman talked abruptly to me in nearly ten years.

Why do I always have to be charged the same price as Thais when I go shopping or eating out, don't these people realise that I'm only here to be ripped off daily or in some cases hourly?

How is it that my wife's family's buffalo has such a strong constitution, resulting in it never requiring urgent, expensive medical attention? Actualy I'm not sure that they even have a buffalo. Which is worse, having a sick one or none at all?

Why does it have to be my wife that treats me well (sometimes better than I deserve) and has no mysterious 'brothers', 'cousins' or 'friends' that she has to visit in the evenings.

I spend all of my waking hours fretting about how I'm missing out on the 'normal' Thai experiences for a Farang that the chances of me lightening up are slim to none, I'm afraid.

  5. If an unelected Prime Minister with a majority of 1 and no mandate can shut down Parliament in an unconventional but legal way, It must be ok to ignore a nonbinding referendum and revoke article 50 in an unconventional but legal way. Espically when sold on lies and they haven't delivered.

Sold in the truth ! We now see the EU for what it is ! It’s arrogance, building on its failures and outdated model
